Amanda is an attorney practicing in multiple areas of civil litigation, including, but not limited to divorce and family law, adoption law, creditor rights and collection law, wills, guardianships and estates, personal injury and auto accident claims.
Amanda was born and raised in Marion, Illinois, graduating from Marion High School in 1993. She received her Bachelor’s (BS) degree from Illinois State University in 1996, double majoring in music (vocal) and political science. She went on to attend SIU School of Law and received her Juris Doctor (JD) in 1999. She obtained her Illinois law license in 1999 and her Kentucky 2000. She received training in 2006 as a Mediator and is approved for Family Law Mediation in the First and Second Judicial Circuits.
Amanda is an experienced trial litigator with a practice focused in areas of civil litigation including personal injury and auto accident cases, creditor rights and collection law, wills, guardianships and estates, and all areas of family law, such as divorce, custody, visitation, child support, adoption, name changes, juvenile cases and order of protections. She practices throughout the First and Second Judicial Circuit in Southern Illinois, including the following counties: Alexander, Franklin, Jackson, Johnson, Pope, Pulaski, Union, Saline, and Williamson.
