Amarillo College's Official Intramural Sports Page.
Amarillo College's Intramural Sports offers different options so that everyone can participate in an environment that fits them best!
Free Agent Program:
Don't have a team? No worries!
Our Free Agent program is designed to help individuals become participants in the intramural program by helping them form teams or making their names available to team captains looking for additional players. Information about the program can be found at the Carter Fitness Center.
Draft Nights:
Draft nights are offered so everybody can meet each other, play without pressure and have fun while meeting potential new team mates. Show off your skills, join a team or start a new team with a friend during draft night! The possibilities are endless!
AC Club Sports:
Amarillo College's Club Sport Program provides a wide variety of opportunities to learn a new sport, make friends and stay fit, all while representing AC in events and competitions against other university sport clubs.
Competitive Traveling Teams:
Every year at least one club sport gets to travel and play competitively against another intramural team that's out of town. Flag football, volleyball, basketball and softball have all traveled before. Competitive traveling teams have try-outs that are open to everybody and it is completely free!
Requirements for Participation:
In order to participate in Amarillo College's Intramural Sports, you must be registered in at least one class (3 hours) during the semester of participation.
In order to be a part of the traveling team you must be registered in 2 classes (6 hours) during the time of participation and be passing.
