We stopped at Pacific Rim on our traveling from Memphis to Albuquerque. We chose PR because of the awesome Google reviews. Believe me when I say this... the food is on point for commercial Chinese food. My dad enjoyed his sweet and sour chicken, I enjoyed my lettuce wraps and my mom liked her spicy fried tofu. Customer service was good as well! We had a very nice server who refilled our drinks and asked a few times if we were doing ok and if we needed anything. I love that I can say food Customer service location and appearance of restaurant Our server definitely deserves a raise for being so amazing!
I will have to try this place again at a different time, if I ever do.. The staff was Awesome, don't get me wrong. I am sure the food would of been much better, If my daughter and I got our meal, before closing time, definitely was the raw end of the deal, for a late meal. The place was clean and welcoming, yet like I said, If I ever do I will have to try this place out at a different time. Thou I can say my fortune cook was sure good
We always love eating here! I get the orange beef and I think it literally changed my life! My husband also loves their Alfredo. We had our doubts but it's some of the best alfredo sauce either of us has ever had. Dietary restrictions: We at here while on keto and it wasn't hard to stick to our diet at all, can't speak to other dietary needs though.
It's all you can expect of a genuine oriental food which is delicious. My favorite broccoli beef, is absolutely a great recipe. Their menu is plentiful to choose!Food: 5/5
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS RAT INFESTED SO CALLED RESTAURANT. THIS PLACE NOT ONLY HAS A TERRIBLE OWNER THAT ALLOWS HER EMPLOYEES TO BE vague about extra charges when making an order on the phone with a credit card and claims to have good Chinese food well let me tell you that's a joke a big joke anyone that sells chicken tenders and other items such as that at a Chinese Asian fusion place steer clear of especially this one I promise you you will not be happy with your service or your food
PR has very good Orange Chicken flavor and the fried rice came with it. The Hot and Sour soup is better tha ok it can be better. The watier is also nice and helpful. Good job PR, we will come back when we are in town the next time.
Amazing in everything. Starting with hostess,server,food,atmosphere nd prices. Can't wait to bring family from out of state here and I'll drive the 3 and a half hours just to come back.
I ordered a noodle dish and it was delicious! Came out hot and fresh! Everything was cooked to perfection! Staff members were nice but pretty slow and it wasn't busy at the time. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for decent Asian cuisine!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No
Took my daughters here for dinner, business was slow and the service was fantastic. My eldest and I had the Stir-fry and the size of the meal was significantly larger than I expected. Youngest had something with rice noodles she enjoyed well enough surprising considering she is a notoriously finicky eater. Another bonus given I am often absent minded they noticed my daughter left one of their coats and made sure we didn't leave it behind. Sometimes it's the little things.
Secret Spot Seems like we have a brand new server each time we go. I am not sure why. They always do a great job. And food is always hot and delicious, as well as affordable too! The manager is a very friendly lady. We enjoy this quiet spot every couple of weeks. I wish others would give it a try it never seems to be very busy.
