I came here by accident to get my lashes done and happened to sign up for the membership.. By the reviews posted...there must be a lot of turn over. I was trying to see the 2 ladies reviews that I have tried, Britney is 6 months new and hshe has a great Attitude and a very professional demeanor and she listens to what the client wants. But she's Not yet, they're as she doesn't go. For the full Eye. She has a little more to learn, but she is Way better than the master stylist. Which you have to pay extra money for!!! I was highly disappointed and in pain after the " 8 year master stylist" didn't listen to a word I said and ended up with a world of pain when she glued the lashes to my eye lid instead of the eyelash!!! Irritating the heck out of my eyes for 5 days straight..redness ,soreness , awful feeling!!! I don't recommend this salon for the simple fact that they just hire anyone....thats corporate for ya!! Britney should practice a little more and then go on her own...she is better than the master stylist...just not quick and she uses a mister at the end and then tells you NOT to get them wet for 2 days....???? They fell off too fast.
My normal lash tech canceled on me last min before a big trip to peru, so after much searching and some recommendations from a couple ladies on my tiktok, I called and was able to get a last min appt so i drove from stuart. Unfortunately the spot i had been given wasnt actually avaliable but your receptionist got a tech to come in a couple hours early make sure I was able to get it done! My lashes turned out beautiful and the tech and receptionist both went above and beyond to make sure I had an experience that will definitely have me driving an hour for my lashes now! Thank you so much
I have never left a Google review in my life but I had to give a review on how horrible my lashes are after going here. My lashes started falling out within a couple of minutes of me leaving the studio. I wanted a volume look and I got less than even a natural look. I paid extra for the volume and these were cheap thin lashes used that look like a 5 year old. It took over 2 hours to do and it looks crazy. I came home and used beauty store individuals to fill them in since I had an event to go to. They were done by someone who needs to never do lashes ever again. I won’t put her name because she may need this job for her livelihood.
Don’t EVER go to this place. The most unprofessional and uneducated excuse for a “lash studio”. Nova, the “manager”, had a disgusting attitude and refused to accommodate my lashes falling out 3. Days. In a row. What a joke. They must be hiring people off the street based on Nova’s interpersonal skills.
Absolutely incredible team of ladies! They listen to exactly what your preferences are, helping to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process and ensuring the best possible result for both client and stylist. Already booked my next appointment, I love it here! Novalie is a fantastic manager and such a sweetheart, and Lesley can do some seriously incredible lash work. 10/10 recommend!Service: Eyelash extensions
I had such a great experience at this location getting eyelash extensions and a brow lamination with tint. The new owner of the studio and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and educated me on the process and aftercare of the services I got. I’m so happy I went and I can’t wait for my refill. If you’re reading this give this business a chance and get your lashes and brows done! They are amazing and you won’t be disappointed!
Omg! I’m so excited! My lashes came out amazing! Nat did a great job, she walked me through everything since it was my first time. She was confident and made me feel very relaxed. Oh my goodness! You guys need to check Natasha R out. She has the lightest hand and I was not irritated by the tape or anything during my service. She is so passionate about what she does and it shows. Super informative as well. She made me feel so comfortable that I decided to do a brow lamination service with her as well. So amazing! I feel so beautiful, thank you so much Natasha!
