Fiore at the Gardens, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Have lived here a few years and I won’t miss it after I move. The HOA is a joke and the office has very poor communication skills that lack professionalism. The maintenance man has zero customer service skills and is constantly looking to harass residents. It may be cheaper than other areas but I promise you that you get what you pay for. Take this as a sign of caution or take your chances here.

I’ve owned a condo since 2009. The complex is beautiful and neighbors are pleasant. The HOA fees are reasonable and Board is always improving on the upkeep of the complex.

Although it is a nice community, the HOA and management is unfair. I provided my dogs information before and upon move in. It wasn't until 9 months later that they decided my dog had to go because he was too big. The worst part was I had provided support animal certification info upon move in, but since they were unable to file correctly, they lost it. Because of that, they threatened me! This is the place to live if you hate animals. Neighbors are not very nice, besides the occasional few. The HOA will nitpick everything you do- beware! Apparently they don’t even allow dogs anymore. Ridiculous!

Great place to live. Lovely units with all the amenities in the community. Park, swimming pool, fitness center, grill, beach volleyball court and much more. Close to everything gardens and jupiter right on the gardens side of Donald Ross.

Quiet, safe, well kept. If you need a condo in the area look no further.

The pool area is wonderful. Friendly people, huge pool, kid and adult friendly, great kitchen area by the pool for cooking your little heart out.

Board has got to go! I asked for records that should be kept for 7 years and I was told it’s not available!

My friend lives in this community. It's in a great area in the heart of PBG.
