Party of 2. Very busy time with a Christmas party next room. Waitress was attentive. Food was good. Portions were HUGE. Bus boy Bruce was very friendly and hard working.

So disappointing. When we visited the last time everything was cooked perfectly and the service was good. This time though was awful. Both steaks where cooked incorrectly. The server said it was the owner cooking. Well Gordon Ramsey would tell them to stay out of the kitchen because an owner should be working the room and making them feel welcomed. The checkout experience was also very inconvenient for the cashier. The only positive I have are the pottery mugs for sale. They are beautiful.

We love getting their whole salt and pepper whole catfish and fried oysters. The food has always been fresh and cooked very well. Service has been excellent, even when the restaurant is slammed. We’ve become regulars on weekdays, but don’t do the Sunday buffet. We highly recommend this great restaurant.

Really good perchwide selection of fish, grilled chicken salad good portion and tender chicken. They also have good spaghetti and meat sauce. I gave 4 stars because both salads were missing ranch and aloha grilled chicken salad was missing pineapples. Been here 3 times and everything else has been excellent.

Hush puppies very good. Fried oysters excellent. atmosphere and cleanliness top notch! UNFORTUNATELY - Prime rib tough as leather and soaked in salt water - yuck!And yes I do know my Prime rib. Seafood great but go else where for steaks! Also this seemed to be the gathering spot for Gastonia's loudest truck competition. Management should have done something.

First time at this place? When we walked in we was greeted and seated the person that greeted us did not ask if we been here before. We set at the table for 10 minutes before someone came to get our drink order, by this time I walk to the buffet everything was old and had been sitting for a while. Did not eat at this place and will not return, another couple that we there walk out as well, would not have given them a one star but had to to write this post

1st time here with my family tonight and my stomach is about to bust through my pants. I ordered the small Alaskan white fish and couldn't finish it. It was so good and fresh. Thanks for the good service.

Grouper bites appetizer was great. In fact our whole meal was great. We went for the wife's birthday and she was very happy!

Excellent food good service,and a nice comfortable atmosphere. they have a separate bar area for beer & alcohol and a nice salad bar. This restaurant is always consistently excellent on all their food and service. They serve everything from burgers to seafood and steaks. They offer daily lunch specials which are good tasty deals. And they also have dinner specials. I have been eating here for years and never had a bad experience!!! I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!! Friday & Saturday nights this place can get really busy!!!not unusual for Gastonia and it stays steady busy all day Sunday but it's worth the wait.

I do NOT! recommend eating here the restaurant doesn't sell fresh fish. The food tastes like it had been frozen and you can't even order any sea food. They only have two small salad bars and the food is soooo bland. The Mac and cheese tasted fermented, they only had one fried fish option that wasn't even crunchy it was soft and soggy. And the prices are crazy expensive for the poor quality of food choices. I and my family will not be returning.
