I went here on 6-12-22. Kind of confusing to getting into the theater if you’ve never been before. I ordered tickets ahead of time so it was simple to get to the auditorium. We were in auditorium 4 for the 11pm Jurassic world dominion && it was dirty! Popcorn everywhere, tissues in the cup holder and a pile of trash right on the row we were seated. They also did not turn the lights off until About 11:15. When leaving I stopped by the restroom right by the entrance and it was filthy. The movie was great though!

My sister, my nieces, and went to go see Minions: The Rise of Gru was awesome where we were in a good theater with no problems to get around there. They had good hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks free refills I ordered with my family we had a great time. I miss going to a AMC Theater like that and especially wanna come back like it anytime.

8/23/22 Update  A lot of changes going on not only with the mall but the theater as well. They are going to make another doorway from the outside, and they have closed off the mall, so it's just a big wall there. If you didn't know there was a mall attached you wouldn't know. Had an okay time. The concession stand workers were a little confused about my birthday coupon. The prices are so high that even getting a bottle of water is $5.  No fun this time. Went during a mommy n me day apparently. Everyone had a baby that wouldn't sleep or be quiet.  Went to see deadpool Christmas. Thought it was going to be a different movie, nope. Just Fred Savage was added.  12/17/18 The bathrooms were ALL nasty. Only 2 were clean. The ticket takers are friendly but the food prices are too high. What's the point of having the food so high and not being able to use points until you've reached 5000? If you paid money for a ticket with the rewards program, you should get a small popcorn free. They should also bring back the early opening days. Speaking of the food, if you're going to have pizza etc. You should consider remodeling this location to have tables or something. Who can hold all that in their lap? Pizza, popcorn, candy, nachos and a drink? In the non-stadium theaters the arm rests don't move. 12/18/18 Again, bathroom was dirty. Almost every toilet hasn't been flushed. There are several seats covered in plastic and water stains on ceiling tiles. The chairs are heavily stained. The air was on and the ceiling fans didn't work. You could hear the movie next door when the theater was quiet during the movie.  4/26/19 Endgame came out and it was crazy. AMC you need to upgrade this theater and hire more people. The stickers on the seats are hard to read in the dark and are tacky. They don't tell you to look on the floor for the letters so people were just guessing. Fights will break out over this new nonsense! Not enough people in concessions. Why have so many if you're only going to open 1? The prices are too much for the snacks as well. $8 for a kids snack popcorn, small drink and candy? $15 for a large popcorn and drink? Yes, I said $15! You've got to be kidding? No wonder people bring in food. It needs to get better. Its not worth the bonuses and extras if you're going to continually raise the prices.

Probably the most reasonable prices I’ve seen at a movie theater in recent times. Theatre was clean and the staff was helpful.  I think the hallway leading to theatre could use some artwork on the walls and make it more attractive to movie-goers coming in. Also, Google Maps to the locations sends to the back of the building which a little confusing.

0-STARS!!  WORST THEATER EVER!!!  I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL.  We went to AMC North Deklab 16 at 2042 Lawrenceville Hwy Suite F - 22, Decatur, GA 30033 on September 10, 2022. To our surprise, the auditorium for our movie was changed and we were not informed prior to coming or even on arrival. While we waited in the original auditorium without AC for 15-20 minutes, no one showed up and then on asking a young man helped us identify the issue. We went to the assigned new auditorium and found out that seats were not assigned. So, we went to the ticket counter to check on this and were told to go to another counter where new seats would be assigned. The employee who was supposed to help us with the tickets were extremely rude with no consideration of our time and energy. That guy made us walk out of the theater and come back in again just because we took a shortcut for getting this resolved ASAP keep in mind that we already validated our tickets the first time we entered and did not need coming back in again.  This was very unprofessional and has made me not go to AMC any more. This was by far the worst experience we have had in terms of customer services, theater cleanliness, movie experience. Too bad, the AMC brand did not stand up to its name and has lost its consistency with this location in particular.

Good quality movie theatre. Tickets are often very cheap. I happened to get chicken fingers which were okay. Unfortunately they were out of honey mustard. Seats are decent. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Not the best theatre when it comes to the aesthetics, but you can’t beat the prices for the tickets. For the price you pay it’s not too much you can actually complain about. Located in a mall which is pretty dead and have to come in through back entrance, but again you can’t beat the ticket prices come sit down for a couple hours watch your movie and enjoy lol

Haven't been to the movies in many many years so I was little nervous about going into a theater... but it was actually very nice, not that many people there and it was clean...I only had 2 issues...15.00 for a drink and large popcorn...6.69 for a icey cup when the movie was only 5.49. also a lady with a gang load of children decided to play right and I mean directly at entrance of the movie and had to asked twice to keep it quiet until I just closed the door.... other than that had a great time and going back... with snacks lol.

Pretty nice experience. The entrance has been updated and made much nicer. It is fully sealed off from the rest of the meal. The cleanliness was OK. No complaints

Coming to this movie theater was the WORST movie theater experience I ever had. But it was NOT because of the employees or bad service. I bought tix for me and my family and the tix were $7.25 for an evening movie which I was really surprised that the tix were really reasonable. Well.....we got there and it was very clear why the tix were cheap. Ok, so 1st our shoes stuck to the floor/carpeting in many spots while walking to our movie....the seats in the theater looked very dirty....the seats are regular seats, not recliner seats.......and the worst part......there was a group of about 20 teenagers that were extremely loud, disrespectful, kept getting out of their seats and running up and down the steps and stomping so hard that they shook the floor, and they literally were talking loud and laughing from the time they sat in their seats during the previews to the end of the movie. This experience has made me and my family decide to never go back to this theater again, even if the prices are cheap.
