AMC Arbor Place

Came to see the Spiderman movie. The theater was clean. However the cashiers need to be trained in speed and efficiency. There should be a rule that 2 or more customers in line another cashier should be present to assist. The cashier was so involved in the customers order and conversation he failed to see the energy of the line. If that's not his or her job then the manager needs to be present and acknowledge the line or offer assistance. Anyway I still will give 5 stars because my family had a good time.

We loved watching an IMAX movie here. We live in a city that doesn't have one, so we traveled an hour to get here, it was worth it. Large screens, great sound. The popcorn was really tasty. My only complaint, we are used to reclining seats at our regal in town. Maybe this theatre will get that in the future. I recommend visiting here!

The managers need some help here! No one was in the front to scan our tickets. And sadly they waiting too late to warm up the Ivey machines. My daughter was not happy with the lack of preparation from this location. They’re are better than this! Not to mention the lackluster attitude by my young attendant….. will give them another shot.

Best thing is to get the Regal Unlimited. Recently started watching more movies as they were coming out. So this helps. Cleaning is lacked a bit but it’s a theater I didn’t expect a lot a lot. More cashiers needed to help out in front that would be great

Went to this theater on 7/9/2023 because it is in my area and the teen movie was not long so it didn't warrant recliners. If I could give a half star I would. From the time that we walked into the theater I was discussed by the cleanliness, lack of knowledge of products, and enthusiasm from the employees. I wanted to leave but my daughter had invited a friend and letting them down is NOT an option. Overall experience was DISSAPOINTING!

We went to see Barbie at 12:45 on a Monday. There was NO AC in the auditorium. I have never been to a theater where the AC wasn’t running full blast. It was so HOT and HUMID and damp to the touch. I let staff know 20 mins into the movie. They said they would look into it but it never got cooler. My husband and I were sweaty the whole movie! Very disappointing experience and the heat took away from what would have been a great one.

The movies were disgusting when we got there. Will not bring my daughter ever again. What a nasty experience.

Senior prices too expensive. Food was delicious. Movie was long & interesting. As a swanging senior, the bathroom is a little far from the beginning theaters. Even with its challenges, I will go back.

I have lived in Douglas county my whole life, long enough that I remember when the mall was just built. The movie theater and mall use to be my hang out spot all through my teenage years the fact that there is no care for the property any more is absolutely a shame. I took my family to see the little mermaid last night and let me just say it will be the last time I ever set foot in the regal cinema in arbor place ever again! It was so dirty the floors had not been cleaned, popcorn, papers, candy and other trash was spread from one end to the other throughout the halls heading toward the theaters. The smell of old popcorn that clearly has not been cleaned in awhile just flat out gross. As me and my family walk through the mall and theater I tell my wife and kids about all my little memories there with friends and good times we had and then I stop and look how they let a place that use to be what we could not wait to get to on Friday nights and Saturdays and realized it’s a dump now.

Saw Oppenheimer in IMAX it is not the actual 70mm. IMAX and overall enjoyed the big screen. Our only issues were the seats were not comfortable after 3 hours and we were elbow to elbow with strangers. I am used to recliner seats with plenty of room between guests.
