This movie theater is so outdated. 2 out of the 4 seats we sat in, the recliners didn't work. The leather on the chair was half ripped off. I've been coming here since the 90s and the ticket cost and snack prices keep going up but I feel they could definitely make the place look better
Worst movie theater I've ever been to. It's very rachet and dirty. Bathrooms are nasty with napkins all over the floor. Recliners are very old and you can see the leather peeling off. In short, everything about this AMC is outdated. Don't go here. You won't enjoy your movie. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Love the reclining seats and never super long lines holding you up from snacks/tickets. But can we please make sure the bathrooms are cleaned every so often? They were the same before and after my movie.
It's still an awesome movie theater. I chose this theater for convenience and great customer service. They have a bar here. It does close earlier than the theater. I believe it closes at either 8pm or 10pm. Other great stuff, reclining seats, concessions replace damaged broken water bottles purchases, free of charge.
Movie watching experience was fine but the ads went on for almost 20 minutes after show time. Also smells weird. Came here because I wanted a better experience. My usual theater only has ads for maybe 10 mins after run time, usually 5. Also once the movie started the lights did not dim. Luckily another attendee went out and told the staff to turn lights off.
Paid $8 less to go to the movies 3 miles from here with clean and better seats. The seats here a busted and very outdated it’s 2022 come on now. High tickets and low expectations. Friendly staff though very helpful and gave me a refund. Customer service is a amazing the place just isn’t.
The start time of the movie is usually 15-20 min after the original time due to all the ads so be prepared for that. The theater is always clean and has excellent food and service. The chairs are a bonus too.
Movie was fine. Service was good. My only issue were the seats. The upholstery was torn badly on our seats. My seat basically had minimal cover on the seat cushion. Our arm rests had no cover.
The screen in theater 3 is so dim it was difficult to even see the movie. We could also hear the movie in the next theater over through the walls persistently through the entire film. Fairly disappointing experience. Our seats in theater 3 were okay. But I've been in a few other auditoriums here where the seats are in such a state of disrepair it feels gross to even sit in them.
Easy to purchase tickets, menu listed a great variety of food, snacks & drinks, friendly staff and clean theaters. Movies are shown until midnight, we arrived at 10:15pm and they were no longer making hot food.
