The theater we were in was very spacious. Most of the staff working was very friendly and accommodating. We went to see TMNT in 3D. We had to let someone know it wasn’t showing in 3D and they fixed it very quickly. Seats are very comfortable and recline. Would definitely recommend people to check it out.
This was my first time here. We came all the way out here from the suburbs because we wanted to see Insidious, the red door. We just finished watching the series and then no theaters near us were playing it. It was a really nice, clean theater, with large reclining seats. The staff was friendly and helpful and they told us the last time to get popcorn refills. You get free refills here on drinks and popcorn, with drink machines that you can fill and refill yourself. When we walked out late around 1130pm, there was security in the parking lot, which made us feel safe and comfortable since there weren't many cars. I don't know if there's problems out here normally, but we had no issues. I would come again!
The theater was clean & well maintained. There were 15 of us there to see the Little Mermaid & 8 were children. The food & popcorn are usually super expensive - but they offered a popcorn & drink deal for the children. We really appreciated that savings.
My husband purchased our tickets ahead of time for the last show of the day 10:15pm. When we get there, we are told that the air conditioning isn’t working in that particular theater and that we have a choice to go to another theater, mind you this other theater’s movie is completely different from the one we chose to see and has already started smh. We decided to bare it. At the concession stand we’re told that there is no hot food because they are closing. The bar is also closed. Please explain to me why you would have the last movie play late if not providing the same amenities as previous shows? Are the last show tickets cheaper? Because they definitely should be.
My granddaughter enjoyed the little mermaid she's still taking about it I'll be back Saturday with my grandsons for Mario Bros
This place is like a ghost town and a rip off !! It’s a nice theatre roomy seats No wonder Barbie is making millions they charging $10 for a ticket !! I haven’t paid $10 for a movie ticket EVER!! The sauce for the cinnamon bites were HARD If it wasn’t for my granddaughter birthday the south side is a ripoff!!
When we got there the ticket counter was pleasant. When I went to the bar I waited for service for 10+ minutes. We had to go find someone to help us. The lady walking around with the clipboard at the bar didn't acknowledge me sitting at the bar waiting for service. I think she was too busy talking to someone on her airpod. It would have been nice to have been asked if I needed anything or how we were doing.
We went to this location to watch a screener for the movie "The Girl and the Spider's Web". The movie theater is located in the rear of the mall which is good because it's not crowded. The inside is very spacious. The staff there was also very helpful and professional. Now for some of the negatives: The inside appeared to be a little outdated. The carpet looked dingy and the bathroom was unkempt. Many of the recliner chairs were dirty and it appeared that someone walked in mud and smeared their muddy shoes on the seats. The employees were great but the movie theater needs to be remodeled.
My first movie here as un adult, this place still looks the same and super updated with recliner seats a bar and coke freestyle machines. My experience was very good the the popcorn was fresh and it was very clean. One con would be is that there was lots of unsupervised teens and kids who were playing with the soda machines, But other then at I will be back. No mask required, I highly recommend to wear your mask since theaters are now filled to capacity!
We went to see Super Mario on Tuesday night. Emmanuel was working the popcorn stand and he was really great. He did a great job moving the line along while providing excellent service. Great job! P.S. sad face for the bar being closed.
