I realized as my 9 year old was giving me a tutorial of how to move my movie theater seat, I havent been to the movies in way too long! I brought my three daughters to see the Barbie movie last week and we had such a great time. Picking our seats online and paying ahead of time is a game changer! My daughter informed me we could bring blankets “a lot of people do,boomer” so we did and paired with the super comfy seats it was amazing! The staff there is so incredibly kind! Bathrooms were really clean! 10/10
The movie/lighting/audio were fine but the theater itself was NOT. Very dirty, smelly and unkempt... Kiosks and registers unmanned. We're AMC stub members and tried to redeem our $5 small popcorn and ICEE but were told the rules changed and now it was just $5 off. The cashier made us look for the "ad/coupon" to honor it to then tell us that they weren't even selling ICEEs!!! A complete waste of all of our time! It's apparent these teenagers working the theater DO NOT CARE.
My first time at this movie theater. They have heated and reclining seats you guys! I’ve never experienced that!!!
I had no showings on Sunday, so I took advantage of this time to see Top Gun at AMC Northlake. What a GREAT movie!!! I recommend everyone see it. The people working there didn’t seem the happiest, but did there job efficiently. Theater we saw Top Gun in was clean. I LOVE the lounging seats, and it made me smile to see the reserved handicap seats that lounge as well. Popcorn and soda was yummy, and I will be returning here to see Thor
As a REALTOR® we work HARD. But, got to enjoy our memories and supporting the team and that is why we LOVE coming to this theater! The seats are so COMFORTABLE. Lazy-Boy style recliners. Also, as you set your recliner you can also set how warm you want your seat to be: from hot, to warm. It will also automatically turn off. Wheelchair accessible for those and their quests. Great screen quality. Awesome sound quality. Concessions were quick and the popcorn was warm and buttery. Enjoyed so much!
Clean…good location…heated massage chairs… we go at least once a month and my family loves it.
I’m putting 5 stars cause of the service we got from Elaina at the counter. We went to watch the Barbie movie. The movie isn’t for kids at all. But she heard about our experience and took great care of us. We are watching tmnt now and can’t be happier because of Elaina. She made us feel welcomed. Never had such a great experience till meeting her.
AMC Northlake offers a nice selection of concessions, as well as a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. There is also a small bar to order alcoholic drinks. The temperature and seating inside the theater are very comfortable. We enjoyed watching Gran Turismo in IMAX!
Power went out for our theater for about 45 minutes, power came back on at the end of the movie and spoiled it. Money wasn’t refunded but got a pass to see another movie would’ve preferred the cash refund.
The seats here are so nice. They recline, and you can lift the armrest between two, which was perfect for my toddler to sit between my older daughter and me. The bathrooms weren't super well cleaned, but otherwise we had a great time at this theater, and I will always prefer these seats to the kind that your little kid can fall through.
