Nice and clean. Prices are high for food like every theater. The chairs could be a tad more comfortable. I am guessing that this is a dated location. It would be nice if they did not have the AC on the refrigerator setting. I am a larger person, and I was cold. Other than the few cons.. this place is a nice place to watch a movie and also the restrooms were very clean as well.
The movie was great. Customer service was good. Weird one of the drink vending machines was down, said do not use. But the other had no ice. Ended up using the one marked "do not use" to get ice for cold drinks. Other than the people behind us being a little loud, otherwise a good experience
Drove an hour from our small town to see the 1:10 showing of Sound of Freedom. Get there and they say they aren't playing it. Ask if it's sold out or something and the girl at the counter says, 'No, we just aren't showing it. Would you like to see Barbie?' Absolutely disgraceful. I could understand being sold out, but just not showing it at the advertised time for no reason? That's ridiculous.
Wow! 2 people working in there. Had to wait for awhile for someone to ring us up for tickets. She finally came in a not-so-happy mood. While I swiped my card, the got right on her phone in front of me. Then 1 person ringing up for snacks and drinks. No ice in the drink machines. Same ticket girl sitting at desk still on her phone. Employees seem like they don't care. But hey, the movie was good
We went to the theatre for my friend's son's 7th birthday and we had a great time! The theatre was clean and comfortable. I'd recommend anyone to come out and enjoy a movie here! The staff was pleasant too.
Went to the last showing at 730 pm. No ice in one of the machines. Leaky Coke cup. No lids for drinks. Told employees about the lack of ice... didn't care.
8/29/23 I left go get something from my house I paid watch 7:50 pm beetle movie I had leave get something and they locked doors I came back I came back at 8:10. Bro why y’all locking doors
Seats could be a little more comfortable. But the movie Sound Of Freedom was excellent.
Love the movies. Still wish the snacks were a little cheaper. Also my butt cannot take a 3hr movie. A intermission would be nice for longer movies. Avatar the way of water is awesome by the way.
Ordered tickets and concessions on the AMC app to see The Invitation. Showed up about 40 minutes later, for them to tell me they aren't selling tickets to it, due to a projector issue. When I asked why it wasn't reported on the app, the manager said that it just happened that morning... Yet, it was a 4:15 showing, and not their first movie of the day. The manager wasn't friendly at all and told me to process the refund through the app. After showing her that I couldn't, I explained that I had to get a babysitter, drove 30 minutes, and couldn't see the movie due to them not updating their showtimes... She said all she could do was refund me the tickets. I explained that there was an online convenience fee AND $16 in concessions that I needed to be refunded. While helping me, she was making snide comments to the ticket counter worker, saying "It's gonna be a long Monday". After 15 minutes, I was refunded, no apology, no consideration for my troubles that were caused by negligence on their part... Just handed my receipt and that was all. I'll come back, because I love AMC theatres, but the customer service was horrible today, and a lack of compassion for people who go out of their way to see a movie at their location was upsetting.
