We ordered our food online to "skip the line" the person said we could pick up our food but it wasn't where we could get it. The person preparing our food was eating. I saw 4 employees and we still couldn't get our food until we waited in the line. Total wait time 15mins. No oversight and we can tell. The seats were so uncomfortable, we had to keep adjusting ourselves throughout the movie. My back and knees hurt after our night. We absolutely will not be coming back.
You want to see a movie in a comfortable theater. Then stop by here. Very nice and clean. They can make hamburgers, pizza, and all the candy you could want. In addition a full bar. A Father's day treat by my son Kyle.
We ate at a local restaurant that was walking distance to this theater. So instead of traveling to our usual theater we just... Well walked there. The few employees we encountered were pleasant. The facility itself was sticky, seemed to be lacking in general repairs. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. Our assigned pre-paid seats were covered in something that resembled little white feathers. We just moved down a few because it wasn't busy. During the movie, people kept coming in the theater, moving seats, leaving again only to return 10 or 15 minutes later to carry on an excessively loud conversation. They seemed to be jumping from theater to theater. This, along with the uncomfortable seats and feeling stacked on top of each other in the theater made the whole experience less than enjoyable.
Very nice small theater seats were alright I would rather go to the AMC in Ontario Mills. But overall a decent experience
I should preface this by saying I'm not much of a movie goer. I've been in a theater once in maybe 5 years? So I'm not exactly hip on what the kids do these days... GF and I decided to go see a movie Saturday night. We walk up to the window and get totally ignored. There are two people at the counter on the other side talking, they see us, but we're ignored. After standing there for a minute we see a sign in the window blocked by the glare of the lights that says "go inside". It wasn't visible until I started walking around. And back when I did see movies you were blocked from going inside without a ticket. There is a register set up with a credit card scanner at the window, it clearly looks used. So we go inside and I let the guy at the counter know that the sign isn't visible, maybe they should move it. "Oh, that sucks, nothing I can do about that". Okay, fine, "Two for Oppenheimer". "Oh, we're not showing that anymore." The movie poster is outside, we checked ahead for show times, and as I type this it is scheduled to play several times today. So we walk out. Guess movie watching still isn't for me.
Purchasing tickets online made it easy when checking in. It took quite awhile to get food /snacks other than that It was okay.
So I came into this AMC for the first time to see Insidious: The Red Door. The movie was really good and my experience was great, however there were a few things I noticed about this AMC which caused me to give it 1 star. This AMC is VERY OUTDATED, which is surprising being that it's located at the Victoria Gardens. I've been to the AMC at Ontario Mills many times which is not the best AMC itself and that AMC has reclining seats. The seats here at Victoria Gardens are very old, squeaky, uncomfortable, and most importantly DIRTY. When I set foot into this AMC it just felt very old and dirty. The employee that I had an interaction with was very nice, we had a small conversation when I ordered my pop corn and drink and she was very helpful. The concession stands are so filthy. There were about 3 or 4 soda machines and only one worked! There was such a long line for the hundreds of people trying to get soda. On top of that, there was NO ICE!! I had to inform an employee who was already busy taking an order from another customer that the soda machine was not dispensing ice. Now moving on from the soda machine, I went to get butter for my pop corn, and to my surprise the butter dispenser did not work. So I had to find and use a second butter dispenser. The butter dispenser station was so disgusting and filthy I started to wonder why I got butter in the first place and would I get sick. This entire movie theater is in shambles. It needs a major remodel ASAP, especially for where it's located. I expected more out of this AMC and was disappointed. I would never return to this location for as long as it looks and is operated in the way that it is.
This has been my go to theater for almost 20 yrs until they recently cancelled 6 tickets that we bought for a special occasion. The tickets were bought 4 days in advance and they gave me a generic, inaccurate excuse for the reason why. Customer service was almost impossible to reach and offered no resolution accept a half hearted apology
Took the grandchildren to the movies. When we entered the theater it was clean ans easy to find our seats. Service was good and the employees were friendly. This theater really needs some upgrades to better seats namely recliners would have made the movie more comfortable but overall we had a good time.
We had a Large movie theater popcorn which I poured a lot of goodness butter! You can't beat that and a large Coke classiic to flush the popcorn to my systemproceeded at cinema 11 and watched Tom Cruise's " Mission Impossible", The movie itself was action-action-action! I did not fall asleep! Inside the theatre was clean, the movie projector was not dim, sound quality although in my opinion was indeed too loud and to summarize my experiece, over all it was all good!.
