Great dine-in movie experience! From the moment we got our tickets scanned, to when we walked out after the movie, we were treated very nicely! All the employees we talked to were polite and friendly. The whole theater was very clean and up to date. They have very comfortable reclining chairs in some of their theaters. The concession stand had a wide variety of snacks and food items. They offered burgers, pizza, nachos, chicken tenders, salads, popcorn and much more. For drinks they have a bar with liquor and beer. For non alcoholic beverages they have Coke Freestyle and Icee machines. The theater is attached to the mall's north entrance but you do not have to go into the mall to go the theater.
My son and I enjoyed the movie and the service is great. Waiters will take your order to your seat. Sound, picture and quality. Plus they have a great traveling information booth for those who travel from out of town inside the mall.
It’s been a while since we went to a theater to watch a movie. We went on Christmas Day and New Year’s day. The new change that I was made aware about is that you can’t order food from your seat now as a health and safety precaution. Overall the floors and seats were clean. But I brought my own sanitizer spray to be sure. The staff were friendly. Great movie experience!
I been going to this movie theater since the early 2000s and it has gotten even better. There's a nice bar and quick service when you order from your seat; there's a little fee for delivery but it's worth it if your in a rush and don't wanna wait in line or if you just wanna relax and have you food or beverages brought to you. Clean restrooms and even security inside in case of anything I overall like this movie theater.
Nice clean theater and friendly staff. Went to a Fathom event showing of Star Trek 2. Having the tray tables is nice to keep snacks and drinks on. While I am not a fan of the vinyl chairs, they do recline back much farther than I expected. As a result I was very comfy.
Love this theater. There is a wide selection of theaters in the area, but I drive out of my way to go here. The seats are comfy and relaxing. You can kick your feet up and enjoy the movie experience. I use the app to order tickets. If you're an AMC Stubs member, the convenience fee is waived. I have also ordered refreshments from the app and they deliver it right to your seat. Sometimes there are good promos in the app, too. I have always had a good experience here. No rowdy audience members and the place is clean and well-maintained. You can still get a decent price for the matinee but the refreshments will likely set you back as much as admission. Inflation, amirite???
Vast theater complex with lots and lots of screens. Plenty of self service kiosks and most times at least one person in the ticket booth. Sound levels are pretty high in most theaters, but the seats are comfortable recliners and it is kept pretty clean. Budget time to get from the far reaches of the parking lots through the long entry corridor, and then to your theater, which may be a far longer journey that you expected. Friendly, helpful staff.
I really enjoyed coming here. I usually go to Regal across the way. They have the coke machines where you can choose your flavor combinations, which is nice if you need diet drinks. If you become a member for free or pay the $15 a year fee, you can get a refill on their large popcorn. The menu is well rounded and they have a sample platter for about$16 that comes with all the goodies you might want. They have nachos, pretzel bites, and entrees too. We only had the popcorn and soda. The butter machines for extra butter have a handicap accessible button which I thought was neat. All the staff we encountered were friendly and kind. The place was clean and someone was always sweeping up and wiping down. The theater seats recline, and the footrest moves up. The seats are upholstered in faux leather, so no weird fabric to worry about. Each seat has a swinging tray table attached and there's a built-in cupholder on each. If you sit in the middle, you can still get by when people are reclined. The picture and sound quality were excellent, and we had no issues at all. The bathrooms were clean, spacious and well lit. We liked that we can pay for our tickets and pick our seats online, very convenient. Will be returning again and again.
Came here to watch Amsterdam which was a horrible movie to say the least. We paid about $65 for 4 tickets and drove an hour from where I live to meet my parents here. Not even halfway into the movie, we asked if we could see a different movie even if we had to sit in the front row. Of course, the manager, Ariana, didn't want to help us at all. She also stated due to Covid, corporate number doesn't work. How does that make sense? I come every week to see a movie, but tonight was such a disappointment that I don't see myself putting my money with a company that has so much greed. We could have just snuck into a different theater, but we were honest people trying to fix an honest issue. So we just left since she had no way to strategize on how to help us. Sadly, the staff members could care less about your experience here. Thanks for wasting my time and my money, and being inconsiderate of your customers.
Went to watch Black Adam in the Dolby Theater #17. The screen, and sound quality was amazing and enjoyed the experience that it provides. However, the seats and positioning is just uncomfortable. The seat controls are unresponsive and if you don't set your seat preference before the movie the controls are impossible to see. If you recline the seats completely, the bottom of the screen cuts off due to the divider in front of the seat. The seats are tight, and when fully recline there isn't enough space for someone to walk through, plus is you are taller than 5'8" you won't be able to stretch your legs completely, you will have to fold them.
