I very clean well organized store. I came in to look around because old navy sometimes has things that catch your attention. Big store and lots of room to look around comfortably.
We find things with discount. They have great selection off clothing.
My favorite store to shop for the entire family. Cute clothes that last forever and a great prices for the amazing quality.
I was visiting my daughter in Fontana, we went to the Ontario Mills Mall. I like going in too different ON stores to see what they have. Very, very disappointed. Service was great, I couldn't stay in there to long. It was HOT !!! I know times are hard but, it was hotter in there then outside. Yes, I did spend money there. And when I got to the register the employee that did my transaction was sweating and I realized they all where. And I mean SWEATING. I was told that the company sets the air. I felt so bad for those ladies. I always go into the store in Fresno. But, now when I think of ON I remember that store and go somewhere else. I won't be going to ON anytime soon.

Customers can be very aggressive and rude here. Most of the staff is nice but they get very pushy about signing up for the old navy credit card which I find annoying. Usually good deals, especially if you have time to go through the clearance section...if you value your sanity I would NOT shop here on the weekends due to way too many people here and the mall in general.
Good prices and sales...... busy store but a great staff: helpful, nice and professional. How they put up with the constant rush of people many who allow their kids to run through the stores and are rude.... I tip my hat off to the staff.
I feel like the prices could be lower on a lot of stuff. I also don’t like that there is only one price check on the women’s side and it didn’t even work. Some of the inventory is packed so tight you can’t even get a jacket or sweater out. And the tags on the hangers for the size are on the side, so you can’t even see what size it is unless you pull the hanger out and then it’s a struggle to put it back in.
Pretty decent size considering it's an Outlet store. Pretty large selection of clothes for kids, toddlers, men and women. It still is small enough that it does feel cramped with many people in there, but they do have tons of product. Friendly staff was very helpful as well.
It's very crowded way to much stuff out on sales floor. It's hard to get around, even during the day hrs when there is not a lot of people. I've had quite a few experiences were the price was wrong "old sale sign" according to staff. And they don't always want to honor it. I dont like to argue..... So I just refuse to buy the item. They do have good deals and lots of cute clothes. Most of their staff is on game with customer service...they pop up all over the store. I love that you can pay with credit card at the other stations and not have to wait in that loooong line. one concern to me is .... ..dose OLD NAVY not have to comply by the ADA or W&M law's????
