My daughter loves this theater. I think she prefers this one because of the seating most of all. They have the newer reclining seats. I think it's great to be able to see in advance how many tickets to a show have been sold just in case you prefer to go to a less crowded movie. If you purchase tickets online you will get assigned seats in advance which is helpful if you are going to a more popular show that might sell out so that you have a seat reserved for you & you are guaranteed that seat when you get there as well as being able to sit together if you go with a group of friends. Overall it's a very nice theater, never really see it over crowded but always busy & always a nice selection of movies to go see! Enjoy the show!!!
This theater is such a disgrace anymore it is so filthy dirty the bathrooms are nasty trash and tissues everywhere. Nobody sweeps the theater Floors or cleans the trash off the seats or anything. The chairs are always sticky. Every time I go there I feel like I'm getting bit by bugs. I think they have fleas or bed bugs there. There are mice running around. It's very disgusting and all the employees do is stand around. None of them are doing their jobs cleaning that place or anything they should get new employees if they don't want to work.
Been going to this Movie Theater since the 90's. Love the area. The parking lot can get busy because of all the other businesses but not a major set back. The Woodhaven 10 has kept up with the times with good ticket pricing, clean theatres, variety of food at the concession stand, modern seats and good patrons. Excellent movie to go to between 11am and 3pm.
I really try to only come here to see the movies I want to see because it is by far the AMC location with the best movie-going experience, in my opinion. Every single employee has always been so nice and helpful. It is never crowded, even on days with major movie releases, and hailing from NYC, I can tell you about chaotic movie nights! I have never had a bad experience coming here. I hope this never changes because they are truly awesome here. We had one experience where a fellow patron fell asleep during the movie and was snoring LOUDLY - like to the point where you couldn’t hear the movie AT ALL. One person looked for a manager and they spoke to the patron. Shortly after, they were snoring again, and this time I went to speak to a manager and they came and spoke to them again and even told them they get could their money back but that they couldn’t disturb others trying to watch the movie and paid their way too. The manager was super professional and nice about it and thankfully there was no backlash. The person quietly left and after the movie, the same manager came to everyone and gave us all 2 free movie passes. I thought that was super nice! while apologizing profusely: Don’t change your staff - they are the best!!!
The theater is in need of upkeep and maintenance. The screens and sound are all good, but you won't find any premium screen at this location. Popcorn butter machines only work half the time. There are some screens in which various seats do not recline and the wear and tear is starting to show.
The places looks and so was da and da staff was friendly too.
Best experience ever! I went there to see the haunted mansion and it was amazing. Staff were helpful and their prices weren't too bad! I recommend going here if you have younger children that like to lay down during a movie because of their reclining seats!!
We love going here! Seats are always comfy and employees are great. But the place needs good deep cleaning. Everything around the snack concession stand is sticky and quite frankly not clean at all.
Love the seats. The water in the ladies restroom was scalding. Someone may have shut the cold water off accidentally because it was so hot you could not wash your hands. I was warning parents to not let their children use it as would have burned their child's hands.
Theater was clean, the seats were comfy and they food deliver to the chairs. I was in a rush to get it which went quickly and the theater attendant was waiting in the theater for us to arrive to hand us the popcorn and soda I ordered. Popcorn wasn’t the best but was still great for munching on through a movie. I don’t know how the food is as I wasn’t ordering any for this occasion. I will say, the trash can outside our theater was still full from the previous movie when my movie ended and the bathrooms definitely needed have the floors mopped. But all in all it was a good experience and I’ll be going back when I’m seeing a movie in this area.
