The theater itself was fine, but the bathroom had issues. I used two different urinals and they both overflowed. I had to back up to make sure that I didn't get wet. I also tried three soap dispensers and got nothing. It's good that they had paper because the hand dryer wasn't working either. At least the movie was good.
Why is there someone with a gun collecting your ticket stub? And then directs you where you have to go? The guy looks like he works in a jail and it looks and feels like we're walking into a correction facility. Come on, man. Are you serious? Does this happen in suburb areas?The picture below is what I feel only.
Wonderful family friendly place great food and fun for entire family the prices are high but Tuesday movies are ONLY $6.00 the staff is wonderful professional respectful I lost my $200.00 speaker and the cashier found it and saved it for me!!! So kind so sweet so honest!!
Love the mezzanine and balcony theatre style seating arrangement. You can sit down and look straight ahead, less strain on the neck. Seating is closer together, which is nice if you like to occasionally "very quietly" joke with your friends/family members during a movie.
Yesterday I couldn't watch my movie in peace because a man sat next to me and tried to steal my phone. Im completely disappointed in this cinema and their 0 security policies. If the service would be free, it would be understandable, but one pays to be insulted in this way. This guy, Caucasian with glasses and bald, sits next to me, he wears many jackets and to distract you from getting very close to your chair and by "mistake" places a jacket covering your legs. Under the jacket his arm will be trying to reach your pockets. So if this happens to you, please changes seats! In the same way I DO NOT recommend this site, it is not safe. They do not have the security that a site should have, they do not check the tickets of each room. I don't like paying for an expensive service to receive a half service. If they cannot offer a good service, it is preferable that they do not charge as if they did. Disastrous situation experienced yesterday, I couldn't even enjoy the movie.
Today was the 1st time I've ever experienced a hot theater. Also the ice dispensers in the soda machines seemed to be out of order. My food order was ready on time and this is still my favorite theater in the area but today was a rough one.
So glad I went to AMC Linden because my previous experience watching a great show with the comfortable seating arrangement has been disappointing at various locations of course. AMC Aviation, Linden has far better services to offer than it's other counterparts. The place looks well managed with friendly staff. I noticed that their ticket checking was a tad bit lenient which wasn't an issue for me nevertheless I want to mention it here. I like the screen size and the seats too. Plenty of legroom, comfortable chairs, and amazing surround sound system. We could feel the thumping of dinosaurs roaming around. This theater has a small game room for kiddos which includes a couple of fun games. Large parking space so no wasting time looking for a place to park. The worst part was women restroom. They were filthy and literally stinky. I hope it isn't the case otherwise because I can clearly see many reviewers appreciating the cleanliness.
Few issues. Saw Oppenheimer today in theatre 10. The sound system is not tuned in properly. It’s boomy, echoey and tinny. Sounds like it’s missing midrange completely. Secondly everything is broken. For example the soda machines were either not functional or out of everything I wanted. Diet Coke shouldn’t be too hard. The popcorn butter stations: 1 out of the 2 wouldn’t turn on and the other wouldn’t turn off and left butter dripping everywhere. Thirdly, finding a soap dispenser that worked in the bathroom was not easy. Fourth: I won’t return. I’ll go to a nicer theatre. Fifth: $8 for a coke? Seriously? How is this the new normal?
What a absolute dump this theater has become. The men’s bathrooms was littered in paper towels and piss water around every toilet . Myself and my friend had to wait to go home to use a bathroom. To make matters worse , the cash registers did not work !!! Can you believe this they made patrons figure out on there own to order popcorn or soda. The app was confusing and this was a disaster. I paid over 50 bucks for just two tickets to see flash and it ruined our night , I will never ever go back to Amc . It’s gone way downhill . Poor management. It’s obvious.
$5 Tuesdays does not exist anymore, so that was disappointing. I paid under $8. Still discounted I guess.
