Was there recently it’s okay but not one of the best. They definitely need to hire some cleaners. The popcorn maker malfunctioning overflowing then when i went to get butter they said the dispenser was broken use the next one that one was also acting up you have to click it a certain way for it to work. very ghetto and my soda taste funny i think the machines need to be clean. The seats was comfortable but I did not like that you only can sit in certain seats. Why do you have to select seats at the beginning? Why can’t you just go and take a seat it’s annoying I want to sit wherever I want to sit. It’s not the worst but definitely not the best.

Overall A good Movie Theater BUT the night show starts little late always

Accessible to the mta bus. Big free parking lot. Nice deals for kids on a small popcorn drink and candy bundle. Plenty of theaters. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to serve your own drinks. I had multiple children with me so that was a challenge for me. Also I would have liked for the seats and floor to have been cleaned before a new movie show starts. They have Nice big seats to relax in while watching your movie.

I was glad to catch a movie on it's opening day. The theater was clean and I enjoyed my popcorn. I am a starpass member and will hate to see the theater close. We don't have many options for entertainment in the surrounding area. The other Showcase Cinema is a trek to College Point, Queens.

Clean theatre and comfortable seating but poorly run and poorly organized. Hot food is on one side and concession snacks are in the middle. This means that to get a hotdog, some nachos and a drink, you need to wait in two different lines and then the line to choose your drink from the machine. My last visit is going to be my last visit. I don't want to have to wait for 30 minutes for snacks and there was no manager in sight

Dirty place. We had to change out sits because there was dirty the floor and the sits. Really uncomfortable. Restrooms dirty too. They need to take care of it quickly. Never see a cinema dirty like that…

I was there tonight and with it being extremely busy, I was impressed with Angel's exceptional customer service. While taking my order at the concession stand, he remained patient, friendly and courteous. Angel also provided a great recommendation for a combo deal, which was very helpful!

Overly crowded. Understaffed. They have no order in the place. Lines are all over the place. And the food was terrible. It's definitely not an experience I would recommend. The bathroom was very dirty, where you buy snacks, it is super dirty and the soad, and icee machine doesn't work. It was overall just bad experiencing.

The place was dirty. The team was slow. It took a customer passing out on the line for the manager to even get behind the counter and help the associates out. I was literally on line for 26 minutes. I almost missed my movie even though I prepaid for my snacks. For future references bring your own snacks. You'll be seated faster. The bathrooms, lobby and theaters were dirty and sticky.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes this place is amazing , fast lines , nice seating , clean and a respectful and good place to go to. Other times this place is ghetto , VERY dirty , not worth the price , long lines, low speakers and not very bright movie. One example of a good atmosphere was when going to see one movie with my sister. This place was great and had all the things I have mentioned. An example of this place being terrible was when watching The Little Mermaid opening night. The place was very dirty , the speakers were extremely low and the prices was not worth the experience. If you want to be safe i suggest going to this movie theater on Tuesdays when the prices are less than other days.
