Avoid at all costs. First time I parked here, they lost my ticket and couldn't find my car for over 30 minutes. Second time I tried to park, the incredibly rude attendant told me that he would only let me park if I paid cash. I told him I only had credit card. He said no cash, no parking. I asked why they had a sign that says they take credit card. He basically told me that he makes the rules and to get out if I didn't want to give him cash. What a disgusting place.
Oh my god this is the worst experience I ever had in any sphere of customer service. First of all Marcus Castillo person that works there is the rudest man I ever met, second he doesn’t speak English enough to understand the message you’re conveying to him, neither is he able to explain anything himself. Today he literally kept my car hostage because I lost the ticket. He turned on my car’s lights and continue to help other customers without giving me an explanation on what he’s going to do now that I cannot provide him with the ticket. I paid in advance through ParkWhiz and wanted to explain that to him, but he wouldn’t listen. “No ticket no car” he kept on saying. When I asked for his manager he said “no manager, the ticket is manager”!!! He was rude, kept on walking aways from me without any explanation. I felt so awful and couldn’t believe someone had just behaved like that in place of business. If the owner wants to keep his customers he should really think about who’s he hiring.... worst experience of my life. Will never go back there!!!
I wish I saw the comments before I park here. When I left my car in the morning I was told that after 3 hours does not matter its $28. When I came back I got charged $38. When I asked about it, they said I got wrong information. I never say for anyone this but yes he was very rude. Also my front seat was all the way back like someone laid on it.
No one told us that the elevator was being serviced at a certain time. We had to leave earlier than expected and he said he couldn't get my car because the elevator is down and there are signs posted. The staff who took the car didn't mention anything about elevator service and the signs were 2 sheets of regular white paper with tiny typed words. No headline of "ATTENTION" or "WARNING" for anyone to even notice. Do not park here
I made a reservation and prepaid a locked in price on Spot Hero—as linked to on their website. When I arrived, the attendant pretended to have no idea what I was talking about and tried to charge me a day rate that was 5x higher. I had already paid... I waited for over an hour as the attendant pretended to try to figure things out. A very bad actor, though quite committed to his role of ineptitude. He faked calling his boss didn't physically dial any numbers on the phone and pretended to do google searches for "help" scrolling through YouTube search. More distressingly, he didn't wear a face mask, kept taking my phone to see the reservation number, and touched and leaned into my personal space and through the car window when I finally decided to leave. This went beyond a terrible business experience--they are endangering the public's health.
If you are going to park here, do it through Spot Hero or any other App that guarantees the price that you are paying. When I arrived, the guy said I had to pay $10 extra because I my car is 4x4, mind you I drive Jeep Compass, which does have 4x4 but it's considered a crossover and definitely not an oversized vehicle so instead of $23 they were asking for $35. I said no thank you and as I was about to pull off, the guy says to another worker "it didn't work" in Spanish so the other guy runs towards me and says "okay okay, $30" then I showed him my Spot Hero reservation which clearly states $23. Then he had nothing to say but to honor that price And I over heard them speak Spanish to each other how it works sometimes and $10 might have been too much. Just don't go here. Again, unless you have an app that clearly states the price - if not they will over charge you bs reasons
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Leave right now! These guys damaged my vehicle, it has been unusable for a whole month. They promised to fix it and they never did it - I ended up ordering parts myself and fixing it myself. Now they will not refund the parts and will make me pay for the whole month where my vehicle was unusable because it was "stored in their garage". I talked to the "manager", Anil, who bluntly told me that he did not care about customers being happy. These people are insane.
I saw the poor reviews and poor ratings for this place and still went there to park my vehicle for 3 days because the price on Best Parking App was $20 a night compared to $30+ everywhere else so shame on me ! The reviewers were right 100%. This place is a den of thugs. When I went in there, the guy at the counter promised that I will pay $20 a night Best Parking price; however, 3 days later when I went to pick my car, the different guy at the counter refused to honor the price. This guy with a long face, he looks like Mr. Heckles Monica and Rachel's downstairs neighbor in Season 1 of Friends is a real piece of work. He treated me, a paying customer, like an annoying buzzing fly that is ruining his afternoon siesta. He started lecturing me how his card machine needs some complicated manuevering to accept the Best Park price, then he said he doesn't know who the hell promised me that price, then he advised me I should take it up with Best Parking and call them. Bottomline is, he refused to honor the price and in the process made himself as unpleasant as he could be. Long story short, this place is a den of theives. If I could give zero starts I would. Avoid !
I wish I had noticed the reviews before I booked here on SpotHero. This place is so terrible. I was frustrated before I even pulled in because the gate was closed and I was causing major traffic problems by not being able to pull in. Then after I pulled in the valet wouldn’t give me any instructions, he just pointed me at the booth. The guy in the booth tried to tell me there wasn’t any space for my car, even though I’d already paid and booked the spot. It was all really frustrating and I was thoroughly flustered.
worst place in Ny. the attendants working Monday Morning .rude.special.the guy name, Jamil.D. .also the Manager working. Mondays by 8 Am .he so rude.and he dont have any good attitude to customer service.you company lost a lot of customer.because the people working there.
