The team at furniture gallery was great to work with! We knew what style couch we wanted and within 15 minutes we had a couch picked out, purchased, and loaded in our truck for us. When we had issues getting our new couch up our apartment stairs they graciously sent out two of their movers within half an hour from another job and had our couch in our apartment in no time at all at no additional cost to us!
Absolutely great experience shopping for living room furniture. The sales staff were helpful when needed and left me along while I was considering all my options. The prices were better than the compilation with so many beautiful Ashley products to choose from. Bottom line, I would recommend this business to anyone and I will definitely be shopping with the Furniture Gallery again.
Very friendly Staff. Greeted us promptly, listened to our needs. Pointed us in the direction we needed to go. She showed us several options then let us try them out. Purchased our new Rwcliner and Couch within 30 minutes of making our choice.

Found staff friendly and efficient. Mary -Beth was the associate who waited on me. She wrote down measurements so I could check at home, gave me plenty of time to look around and make my decision . She set up deliverery time at my convenience. I would certainly do business with them again.
We had the best experience! The staff immediately greeted us as soon as we entered and were extremely professional! We purchased quality furniture at an affordable price!
Went in to price out mattresses. Ours just wasn't working for us. Spoke to Jeff, who listened to what I was looking for. Sure, he could have pushed the most expensive mattress on us...which there were some great ones that would have been worth every penny. But instead, he listened and really said it boils down to our comfort. I love that this wasn't high pressure for the most expensive product. He was personable, professional and a human being first. He has earned our trust. We will be going back to Furniture Gallery when it's time to replace our livingroom set. which will be soon as it has a whole from our dog. This is what customer service is. It's not just about the current sale, you are also ensuring future sales, great word of mouth reviews along with customer satisfaction. Thank you Jeff. I love your augusta store.
Had a great experience at the Furniture Gallery in Augusta. All of the sales people were professional and courteous, and the delivery men were kind and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and the whole process was very pleasurable. I definitely recommend doing your furniture shopping at the Furniture Gallery in Augusta.
Jeff was extremely patient in helping us choose the sofa for our new house. This was our second purchase at the Furniture Gallery and we have not been disappointed.
