American Best Value Inn

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, check in was fast & easy, our assigned room was super clean, & spacious. We were so amazed to find out they offer a free continental breakfast, they had a nice variety of food options for everyone. For the price we paid we couldn’t ask for more, it’s a steal! This place is a gem and we will definitely book again next summer.

This is a great hotel all around for anybody visiting Waco. The location is amazing, with multiple restaurants within walking distance. The staff and service is always friendly and great. The housekeepers in particular are very kind and will make sure you get what you need such as towels or extra toilet paper. The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. The appliances are very helpful as well with a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I have had a great experience at this location, especially with the free breakfast and WIFI available that truly makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a good hotel to book in the future!

I asked the Managers for assistance with television aide. Both Peter and Naik helped with no hesitation. They strive to make your stay comfortable and do it with a smile I every instance. Hats off and high commendations to both. V/R, Brian USAF Veteran

Due to my job, I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and it never disappoints. Owners and employees will call you by your name and always greet you like they’ve known you forever! They make you feel right at home, if you looking for a friendly place with clean rooms at a great price this is the spot!.Rooms: 5/5

You can tell how dirty a motel room is. When you walk around, barefoot for about 15 minutes And check the bottom of your feet and mine were black Trust me my feet were clean when I got there. And I had flip flops on , so I took them off and walked around fir about 15,30 minutes and my feet were black. Lack of mopping the floorRooms: 2/5
