From check in to check out everything was great. Front desk super friendly and helpful and our room was clean and perfect. Also received texts from front desk just to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything additional which was very much appreciated. We had a timing issue with our checkout due to a family member and this location was accommodating to our needs and that was also very much appreciated and something that I was extremely grateful for. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Rooms: Very clean, perfect size with everything needed for extended stay. Nearby activities: Magnolia and Baylor University within minutes. Safety: Hotel parking lot is well lit. Always someone at front desk and digital room keys available. Walkability: Restaurants and Starbucks literally in the same parking lot. Couldn’t ask for more. Food & drinks: Great continental breakfast, also close to H‑E‑B and other restaurants within walking distance. Noteworthy details: Staff was AMAZING Try the pumpkin waffles

We spent three nights here. Overall the room was what we needed. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space. Having the kitchen was a plus, especially the fridge. The bathroom toiletries had issues, the pumps that are replacing the disposable shampoo fell off the shower wall. Obviously the same happened with the conditioner as it was non-existent and a small disposable bottle was left. Ever since COVID, hotels now expect their paying customers to request cleaning of rooms. And if you don't request the cleaning in time it's not done. This would be fine if the room charge reflected this loss of service, however, hotel fees have not reflected the non-existent cleaning. It's time to get staff to clean rooms daily as it once was, or provide a discount. It's definitely something we have an issue with. Overall, room cleanliness was average. There were numerous fingerprints on the television, fridge and the room door. The coffee pot and tray had not been moved and cleaned behind it. Linens and towels were clean. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest having ear plugs. The rooms on the freeway side definitely do not block out the traffic noise. Not a problem during the day just if you're comfortable in a quieter environment. On a positive note, Beatrice was working the desk our first night and she truly saved me from a difficult situation. I had an issue with my eyeglasses and she provided us with a repair kit to borrow. I was very grateful for her going the extra mile to help. We would stay here again if the need were to arise. Overall we were happy with our stay.

This place is centrally located on Bagby a few minutes from Baylor. There’s an H‑E‑B down the street and the Baylor football stadium is not far away. However, night time staff seemed perturbed by my arrival time 1048p. The front desk personnel seemed to forget customers can see into the staff room and I was able to see her face upon arrival. Lol. She rolled her eyes and came around attempting to mask her attitude by sounding polite and had a nice tone, but her face showed annoyance that she had to assist. Lol. The room was a king size bed with a pull out couch. Looked very basic. The kitchenette had a dishwasher, but no pots or pans, nor a stove. Lol. The wall paper was peeling off the wall, the pillows smelled of sweat, and trash cans were missing trash bags. Also, I suggest you bring shower sandals since the shower was disgusting! This room is definitely not worth $140/night. Morning staff was super cordial and friendly, though!

Convenient location to HEB and a lot of restaurants. It was nice to be able to have groceries in the room so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. Rooms don’t have a cooktop, but you can borrow one from the front desk. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, pool and gym looked nice. Great continental breakfast.Rooms: 5/5

The rooms were ok besides some issues. Someone in management really needs to get some better fumigation. Customer service at the hotel was typical. Hello, welcome and enjoy your stay. This was not the problem. If we call and complain and ask for service, do not tell me you will get to it once you have a chance. Four hours later, with no response. The restroom lights did not work and the front door would not close properly . So what took me over the edge was the "customer service/guest services", horrible nightmare talking with them. Tried explaining to them the issues and in return get attacked with attitude. Sorry Sir, we can not control acts of Nature. The light fixture is not a act of nature, that is poor maintenance from the hotel. All the fixtures and lights worked except the restroom. Outlet in the the restroom did work so decided to use a lamp that was in the room in order to see in restroom. If you do not mind this, then this is your place to stay. Work and fix things while on vacation or traveling. Not for my family of five. Would not recommend staying here.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. It fails to meet the Home2 standards of quality and cleanliness or what I would expect from a location on Google with a 4.6 rating. The room was not very clean already trash in the bin, pillowcases smelled like someone else's perfume, acoustical separation was much poorer than today's standards, and hallways, elevator, and lobby were dirty and unpleasant bad lighting and fingerprints on every surface. Part of the problem was that the hotel is understaffed. Because I made the choice to stay here based on all the positive reviews, I wanted to give my experience.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is very nice and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfy and spacious and very nice. I missed the breakfast but only because we arrived late in the night but it looked like a great spread.Rooms: 5/5

This is a nice hotel and clean, but the downside is there are no smart tvs, so you are limited to a handful of channels which doesn't make sense because it's not a cheap place.

this place is beautiful, the workers are so nice. Room is clean and smells awesome plus it looks like a mini apartment I really recommend this place, I LOVE it so much!! the whole area is nice, Starbucks is right around the corner!

The room was a great size, especially for the price, and clean! The pool was nice and easily accessible. The location was easy to access and very close to Magnolia Table, if you're interested in that!. Rooms: The rooms are an exceptional size, and the kitchenette is very convenient. Food & drinks: Very close to Magnolia Table.
