We were there on March 2nd! Scott helped with our purchases , what a wonderful guy! We bought more then we planned on, because he was so friendly and helpful! Good to see great customer service still exist! Thanks Scott! And love everything we got!
I got really great service in their store today! I haven’t even stepped foot in an AE store in years. MaKayla was right there to help me find jeans in my size and she even waited to take her lunch to make sure I was taken care of first. Then I was lucky enough to be helped by Kyle at checkout. He helped me retrieve my long lost account and helped me save money! All in all, I had a really great experience and I’m bummed that I live out of town and won’t be back soon!
Giving 2 stars because I found a ton of cute clothes and the girl at the register was very nice. However the girl and guy attending the dressing room were super rude. I found a variety of clothes and so the lady offered to take them and start a dressing room for me. I let her, and then continued to shop. After gathering a few more things to try on, I went to go find my dressing room..which wasn’t set up. When I asked where my other clothes were, the lady just looked at me and said “Oh, someone must’ve taken them.” No apology. Then she asks me to try and remember all the sizes of all the clothes I had gathered so she could go retrieve them, and the things she brought back were no where near what I had originally gathered. I tried pushing the button in the dressing room several times and no one came. I finally had to call my husband in to the store to go get different sizes for me. Pretty bad customer service. And still no apology. Hope this store gets some better help because I loved the variety of clothes there.
I'm only giving 3 stars because I love AE clothing and the clearance options are great. However, the ladies working here are rude and inattentive. When my husband and I walked through the door, we were paid no mind despite saying hello to both of the clerks. In fact, the only time one of them said anything to us besides when we were checking out was when we were walking back to the front of the store to check out the clothes and the girl wouldn't even look at as and told us to have a good day in a monotone voice, then she was in the back for pretty much the entire time after that rather than offering help or asking if we found everything okay. The gentleman who checked us out was nice enough, but the poor man was sick as hell, yet he was the nicest one there, or at least as nice as one can be when they look and feel like they're dying. This is the kind of service I get almost everytime I come into this store, despite spending hundreds each time I come in. It just reminds me why I always buy online, rather than just coming in. I work in customer service, and I have to say a good few of the ladies working in this store are lacking in any sort of customer service skills. It's not difficult to smile, say hello, and to offer help like you're being paid to do,
Charlotte was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to find jeans in the color and style my daughter was looking for. She was attentive and knowledgeable and more customer service people in the world should follow her wonderful example. It is rare to find someone who is so willing to make your shopping experience successful. AE and other stores need to find more like her!!! Thank you Charlotte!!
Why do you need my name, address and email for a return with a receipt?? When I said I didn't think they needed my full address associate was clearly agitated. The girl helping me seemed to be in training, she was very nice and professional, the other helping her was not.

I would give them no stars but that’s not possible...the inquisition at the door by the rude midget was uncalled for....she made uncomfortable and unwelcome...and she made our 18 year old daughter cry...uncalled for behavior in their part...maybe they should take a look in the mirror before judging people
I loved this location. Lots of cheap clearnace, but with all of the selection I was hoping for. Kind, friendly staff. Not totally the "young and cool" type of location, as mall doesnt have good eateries or coffee shops. Pricing of items in store not accurate.
Expensive 25 dollars for a t shirt... but staff was helpful. Very nice.
