My friend and I stopped at the mall to go to various stores, and I wanted to visit American Eagle to look for shorts. I always have a difficult time finding shorts that fit me or even finding my size and that are also on sale or affordable. I looked around for at least an hour trying on different shorts, had maybe 3 fitting rooms, etc. I finally found a pair of jeans that fit me and were on clearance. I love American Eagle because I know it’s high quality and will last you for years, so finding it on clearance is a huge plus. Raphael joked with me saying “you’ve reached your limit of trying stuff on” but he was super friendly and ready to help when we needed it. Lakey was also super sweet and funny, she helped me sign up and I received a discount on top of the clearance deal. She also had no problem finding the type of shorts I wanted and checking if they were on sale. Diamond was also a great employee, she made you feel welcomed and that you could ask her for anything. She was the first to greet us and inform us about the deals. Overall this was the best experience at American Eagle I’ve ever had. I never usually shop here due to expenses, but this experience makes me more likely to visit again soon.
I bought two bras from here and both had terrible quality and they only let me return one. The cashier was very rude about it and said my product was “damaged” even though I only wore it once. I definitely will not be spending money here in the future.
This store was SO friendly! The best customer service we got in the entire mall. The girls that were working the dressing room were very helpful. They even measure me for a bra. We were checked on several times by several different people in such a friendly way too. Even the cashier was extremely nice. The whole store was kid friendly too! Made me leave wanting to go back.
When it comes to my clothes, i am very picky and am usually disappointed in not only the Jean's I am limited to but also the lack of customer service in today's world. Everyone is so quick to complain and hardly ever compliments and with that said; I want to take a minute and publicly Thank The Manager at the McCain mall location. She is the ABSOLUTE best, Not only was she quick and pleased to offer her professional opinion but she took time out of her "busy manager to do list" to help find me Jean's that actually fit me and she knew just by looking at me my size. I can definitely see why she is the Manager, I didn't catch her name, but if you are looking for some "fit just right Jean's" and always experience rude, judgemental, eye rolling customer service from retail workers, then This location is your must go to. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would have clicked that. Thank you to the Manager for your dedication and service. It doesnt go unnoticed.
Great sales, I love the staff. The atmosphere is always upbeat and the store is always impeccable! Which makes me want to come and shop more! All the clothing and merchandise is always stocked neatly and always in place. These employees work hard and they are always so happy and helpful. I LOVE COMING INTO THIS LOCATION TO SHOP!! I CAN DEFINITELY SAY ITS BECOME ONE OF MY FAVORITE LOCATIONS!!I CAN ALWAYS PURCHASE MY SONS CLOTHING, COLOGNE, BOXERS, WHATEVER AND I NOT ONLY KNOW I CAN COME INTO THE LOCATION BUT FEEL COMFORTABLE AND TRUST THAT I AM GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET IN AND OUT. THERE ISNT GOING TO BE LONG LINES, THE EMPLOYEES ARENT GOING TO HAVE ATTITUDES OR YELL OR LEAVE WHEN I GET TO THE REGISTER FOR LUNCH!! THEYRE NEVER RUDE!! IT ALWAYS SMELLS GOOD IN THE STORE. ITS JUST A GREAT PLACE AND ENVIRONMENT TO SHOP INTHEY ALL DEFINITELY DESERVE A RAISE I KNOW THAT MUCH!!
Maurices in McCain North Little Rock is my favorite store and I have a wonderful experience every time I go in there. Today I went in and the young ladies were as always more than helpful bringing me options and helping me style my outfits and I absolutely 100% would recommend Maurices to everyone. It is by far the most reasonable priced and styles of clothingc whether you're a teenager or a teenager's mom they have something for everyone. do all your shopping at Maurices North Little Rock McCain Mall!
Staff is really so helpful and friendly. Love the way they treat you. And yeap best price with great quality.
Disappointed In there customer service at McCain Mall. Refused a return WITH the receipt. Yet other AE did the transaction for me.
