I came in about 30 minutes before they closed. My picky self tried on about 10 pairs of jeans and I couldn’t find a pair that fit me right. With the help of this amazing associate we found the last pair they had left. If I could give him 10 stars I would, he was amazing and made sure I found the perfect pair.
I just came here to find some jeans/pants and one of the workers name Paige helped me and she was the SWEETEST! She helped me find my size and was the best hype woman! Was the hilight of my day
Not any different than any other AE store, except for sellsperson, Paige. Paige treated my 14yr old daughter like a queen. Paige remembered my daughter from when she shopped there 2 months ago with her mom. Paige remembered the jeans shorts my daughter was looking for at 2 months ago and was able to direct my daughter to the exact shorts. My daughter claimed on the drive home that Paige is the nicest person she's ever met. I'd agree. We'll shop here again because of Paige.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. I got a gift card there for a gift for a family member. The lady that checked my husband and I out was super sweet, kind and friendly. She checked us out and gave us all the different gift cards they had for us to select to use. I would highly recommend shopping and this store.
I went there just today and all three of the employees working there were super helpful. I walked in the door and within 10 seconds one of the male employees asked me for what style and size I needed and immediately got it for me and got a dressing room too. I needed an extra short in length, so I needed to order online and a lady working at the cashier was super great on helping me find the perfect jeans. Best customer service I’ve received at any store I’ve been to.
Went in looking for Christmas gifts for my granddaughter..Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and offered help. I had a picture of a particular sweater which I couldn't find.. My salesman looked and found it but her size wasn't there. He went in the back and found what I needed. He then proceded to help me find other items. My experience was very positive and I will be returning in the future..
Amari I hope I spelled your name right at American eagle is the best! Give this girl a raise. I didn’t even have to look at one display. I told her what size and wash I was looking for in jeans even the fit. Amari got my fit right the first time! Even made a recommendation for some mom jeans and I was sold! I only went in looking for one pair of jeans and left with 2 all the staff was was so friendly and helpful this is why I love American eagle, your firewheel staff shows poise, professionalism, and amazing customer service. I will always be back!
Came in to return a pair of jeans I ordered, and the employee was so so rude and continued to roll his eyes at me and just made me feel so stupid, when I didn’t so anything wrong as far as I know
Absolutely great customer service from everyone. In particular a woman named Shawn I believe I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling. So helpful and sweet when we were getting a sweater.
Employees are not helpful and seemed put out to have to look up my online order.
