I recently went and the person helping me was not friendly. I asked about the 40% percent that I got an email about and she flat out told me no and did not bother to check or anything, when clearly the lady next to me got the 40% off. Very unprofessional!
Experience great service at this location, I had never been to this mall and Express was my first stop, I had the pleasure of being greeted by the store manager Miranda and was taken care of throughout my whole time in the store. Very attentive sweet interaction and I greatly appreciated it
Drove from Ennis to cedar hill by 5:38 since the store posted hours are posted that they close at 6pm. I arrived and the doors were locked. I waited but was given a gesture they were closed by a team member. No one came to the door so I called. I asked what time they closed. The lady said 6 so k asked why there were closed so early and ste said they were doing inventory. I asked if there was a sign posted to notify customerS and ste hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional. The two managers on duty were Tim and Ashley per Alicia. Completely unacceptable me behavior from the team member and then when I called back they wouldn’t give me the team members name that hung up on me…..calling the corporate office tomorrow. Sad. SMH
I haven been charge with multiple feed because the system haven’t Been able to process my payment Now that I was trying to pay off to make sure I was not being charged with more fees, I was charged twice the amount I had left. Honestly has been the worst experience ever with online payments and customer service seemed not interested in helping at all It doesn’t seem like a serious company I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Super irritated to have driven 45 minutes to get there at 8:30pm to find them closed. I needed something for the next day so I made the drive through Dallas for this location that said it was open online, on google and on their phone recording until 9. Arrive to find the doors locked already. If you are going to change your hours, update your information on your phones and online at a minimum! Round trip hour and half through downtown driving and wasn’t even able to get what I needed - getting back late and less time to prepare and sleep for the next day - may not seem like much but when people are already running on fumes that matters! Just inconsiderate.
Purchased this FABULOUS jumpsuit that I wore to dinner to Harper's Steak House. I looked Marvelous in my new attire. And the jumper was a great fit and price.
Do not do order pick up at this store . They send you an email and text message stating it’s ready . I was in the order pick up window , I arrived at the store and they didn’t even fulfill my order . It was not ready. They are all incompetent , could not give me a decent reason as to what happened to my order if I can give zero stars I would , never going to this store again . Do not recommend this store .
I don't shop here but my daughter does. They only thing we didn't like was you could try on the clothes. We understand its for safety reasons and we appreciate that. Just had a really hard time finding her correct size.
First and last time here. I was the only person in there and didn't hear a peep from the male associate that was standing behind the register. Was looking for a particular shoe Steve Madden snakeskin bootie and thought it was pretty obvious the way I was wandering around the store. Was standing beside the register to ask but he just stood there staring off so I didn't bother him. And these types want 15 dollars an hour minimum wage? FOH!
The manager kamilah is the reason I go to this store again and again. I wish I knew her schedule. it doesn't seem to matter though because shes almost always there. Thank you for making me feel like a friend.
