It's 10:05am Tuesday morning I'm still at the door waiting for Champs to open. They are supposed to open at 10am But, the customer service is great. As reel did an awesome job waiting on me.
I called this store about some shoes my 12 year old wanted for his birthday, the lady that answered was really nice, but didn't really know anything about shoes!! So i asked to speak with the manager. The assistant manager TRE get on the phone and I ask him about the shoes he started yelling saying the young lady just told me about the shoes.. He has to get his inventory out before his boss come in and he can't help me with nothing!! Had I know I was going to be talk to like that I would have called another location. That's the reason for this review. I'm one who never go online to do a review! But i took time today to do so. This manager gave poor customer service and should learn that being in his position as a manager not to speak to customers in that manner and that there's always a better way to handle things without talking so ugly. You may have been having a bad morning, but there's always a better way to handle things.

I wish I could give this store zero stars but unfortunately I cannot. I came in wanting to buy some pants and possibly shoes, every shoe I wanted they “didn’t have”. When I asked for a specific size one work told me they didn’t have it and one told me they did. I was very unpleased to hear one of the ladies tell me my money was fake just because shes never seen them.they were two dollar bills So if you’re wondering on if you should come or not Don’t waste your time, money, or envy on them 0/10 experience…
The store employees will lie to your face and tell you they don’t have a shoe in stock. Later on the day they will put it on display. They are very unprofessional. When you walk in they do not greet you. They also don’t ask you if you need anything. The employees don’t know how to do their job. They constantly have to ask the managers what to do as if they are not properly trained. 0/10 experience. The worst champs in DFW!!!!
I guess we've been sleeping on this place, because this was our 1st time visiting & we've been here for YEARS! Just by chance we decided to try it out. We'll let's just say it'll now be in rotation. The meat was juicy & everything was good too. The staff helped explain the menu & what were the most popular on the menu. We'll be back to try the other stuff!
Welcome champs where you only make 7 dollars and hours and get no commission and no retros releases only managers and raffles get them,the worst part is the managers get more then one pair of retros why the part times are not important,you also caint enter raffles at champs or footlocker or will be fired so your only choice is to raffles somewhere else and pay full price or more
A bunch of RUDE young people working here. Barely greet you when you walk in. Takes them forever to ask if you’ve been assisted. One girl today didn’t even acknowledge me while she was ringing me up , she kept talking to her coworker as she rung me up. Pitiful
Its a nice store but I was very disappointed the item I was planning to buy had sold out the day I called which was the day before
My twin sons got some really nice shoes here. They were really nice and courteous. Safety precautions were used and greatly appreciated.
