Never have Any sizes in stock except xs and Never answer the damn phone
I know everybody says this, but I really don't post many reviews on purchased items or customer service. However, my experience with this particular store today was amazing. The associates were so kind and helpful. They actually really boosted my confidence by helping me choose the right clothes for my body type with literally zero judgement. The team that worked today seemed to mesh so well, and the store vibe was great because of them! Looking forward to shopping there again!
Usually don’t leave reviews, but had such a great experience from the friendly and helpful staff, I decided to write one. Went to take the wife shopping, and the staff helped her a lot with their recommendations and we ended up not needing to go elsewhere to finish shopping because she got all she needed there. Just a Fantastic experience.
I haven’t shopped at American Eagle in several years until yesterday and I’m so glad I did. David is such a gem and helped me until I found the perfect items. He was honest and extremely helpful. Because of David, I will be back very soon! Thank you! I especially love this new shirt he gave me the confidence to try on and buy—2 kids later and I’ve bought my first crop top!
Went on a random Tuesday and they are closed at 1030am. Just drove 30 mins to return an item and they are closed for no reason without updating the website. Ridiculous!! Can’t respond to the companies response but it was American eagle that stated it was open not the mall hours. I looked up the store itself not the mall. Regardless it doesn’t take back for my 30 minute drive and inconvenience . Just a apology works instead of an excuse and making the customer more upset for the excuse. When I did get the chance to return there were tons of employees just starting at customers in line and while there was only one cashier behind the counter. Customer service was ridiculous and I had to tell the gentleman how to do my return. I’m from fayetteville and have been shopping here for 30 years. I miss the old employees.
Some of the staff need a serious attitude adjustment. Son goes to the waiting room looking for a empty room. I follow him later and ask if he got a room. Attendant completely ignoring us. Finally I ask her. And she states he walked past me…so. So what? He’s 15 and didn’t now. Don’t have to be such a rude b$&@;!!! Kindness goes a long way.
I had a very good experience where the young sales girl I couldn't find what I wanted online so I had to call and ask her she asked me my waist size and I told her. She suggested the pair of stretch jeans that I was looking for but could not get online so I thought she went above and beyond to help me.
Great store, very good customer service. I buy almost all my jeans from American Eagle and a lot of my tshirts come from here also. They don't have the largest selection but they always have stuff I'm looking for. They also have belts, shorts, button-downs, underwear, shorts and a few shoes. They have really good sales several times throughout the year.
I had a terrible experience today. Walked into the store and out of 3 associates nobody greeted me. I went towards the clearance section at the back of the store. Once I started looking, I felt somebody watching me and it was an associate right behind me "organizing clothes". I could feel her staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I turned around to go checkout and the same girl is behind me with another coworker, staring at me. I got mad, put my piece of clothing back and walked out of the store. Never shopping at this store again.
