Masugbeh was extremely helpful and great to work with. I didn’t realize that the clearance items were at another location and she found a bed within my price point. I appreciate how patient and thorough she was with us.

placed an online order for in store pickup but wasn't in stock and said refunded my card but gave me store credit instead so had to go through customer service and was a hassle. Shopping in person may be great, but be wary of online purchases
Ordered furniture 6 weeks ago. 2 items in stock and 1 item had to be ordered. I was told worst case 2-4 weeks but it should be sooner. I have still received nothing. Now they say they cannot give an ETA and will not make any phone calls to try and get one. I asked to have the in stock items delivered and was told they weren't sure they had them any longer and would call back. Never got a call back. Was told they didn't do refunds. Total scam artist. I have received no products and now they are dodging my calls.
Bryce at the Lake Eastbrook location was amazing! Went in for a mattress and he was very helpful & informative. Made the whole experience easy

I bought a black dresser from this store that was marked on clearance for $699.99 before tax.741.99 after tax.The dresser was Decent but I think the price was somewhat high for this dresser to be on clearance.
