We offer full schedule of aerobics classes in the mornings and evening times, boot camps, and personal training.

Membership (Classes Only) is $24.95 plus tax.
Childcare is available for $5.00 per month.
This is month to month, no long term contracts.
We are currently running boot camps!
Cost: $50.00 a month from the day you start.
Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:15 am, 5:00 pm and 7:00pm
Above classes and child care are included
You can pick all the times you want and come to as many as you like!
One on one personal training is available as well as boxing!
