LA Fitness - SACHSE

First hand, the staff always greets their costumers with a happy smile! Friendly atmosphere, the gym is kept clean! If a machine is out of service, it's back up within couple of days! LA provides cardio machine's, cycling, aerobic for all levels. And the pool is a plus!

This is a one off among LA Fitness locations. This is the best pool in the Dallas area for lap swimmers ‍. Always friendly staff and clean work-out facility. Worth the trip. Hope you enjoy as I do.

I used to go to the frisco Custer LA Fitness and this is exactly the same .. great and nice .. clean and great staff ... for me LA fitness is the best gym in Texas .. value is great ... i would always go to LA Fitness specially the new ones they are always great and feels great to workout their ....

Best la fitness location imo compared to other laf locations. I prefer this place because me and my gym bestie never feel heavily gawked at and feel safe and unbothered to do our workouts every time. I've recently hit day 50 over 3-4 months of working out and never once felt any icky vibes. Of course there'll still be some glances but it feels more like going to the grocery store or a shopping outlet than being very very uncomfortable doing our workouts. Sufficiently clean, and we always are greeted by the same friendly staff. There have been a couple times where the ac went down so we did have to go to a plano location but otherwise the ac is great most of the time.

I love how clean this gym is. Very clean swimming pool and workout area. Not too busy compare to the other locations.

Horrible customer service. Went in to this facility to possibly buy a membership, and the gal at the front was very condescending and rude. My husband and I immediately walked out after the short conversation. LIFETIME fitness has much better customer service and that is worth the additional $119 a month for a family pass. Loosing potential customers due to attitude is not a good look on the staff at this location. Incident happened on 4/6/22 4:00pm

Highly recommend for all my fellow Wylie and sachse residents!! Gyms intimidate me so much....and it had been YEARS since I've been a member of a gym. Was just passing by and decided to just stop and take a look...and folks am I so glad I did.... Joseph I think he goes by JOJO the gm was so gracious...he showed me the facility... introduced me to his entire staff as if I was already a member of the family!! Well...by the time I walked out....I WAS!!! I've JOINED A GYM AGAIN!!!
