Well. I wish it did not come to this but I am tired of calling this facility and hoping they will do the right thing. If you decide to come here, make sure you are checking your billing statements. They have been billing me incorrectly for YEARS. They owe me 100s of dollars for medical activities that are completely covered by my health insurance and should not have cost me a dime. I have called multiple times asking them to resubmit their billing and have been given the run-around on why they think they billed things correctly. After having my health insurance prove to them that they billed things incorrectly they still have not resubmitted any claims. It has been months and I am now in the process of submitting grievances and reporting them. I have already switched healthcare providers as I do not trust this facility. If it helps, the care I received was hit or miss and very dependent on the provider.
My Mom had a stroke and didn’t tell anyone of her symptoms until the day after. I called the Dr and was referred to an eye Dr to confirm it was kit her eyes. Long story short, we did that, it was a stroke so I called back to see what we should do next. They talked me out of going to the ER assuring me they could run the same test in a timely manner. I scheduled her an appointment for that same day but then they called to cancel due to a family emergency of the NP. They then scheduled for 3 days out due to the weekend. Got her in with another NP who didn’t even make eye contact when she walked in the room. She just started talking looking at her computer and asking question that she should have already known the answers to. The NP said she was going to schedule a couple of test and they would do that when we checked out. Noone was there to do that but was assured we would get a call that same day. It is now 3 days later and no call. I called the second day to follow up on it only to find out that they hadn’t even begun to try to schedule any test. Not a place I would recommend based on this experience.
Dr. Young is amazing. I was so nervous about getting a new primary doctor and it turned out better than I expected! The ladies up front and everyone that works here is so helpful and seem to actually like their job, which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
Karen Kinney, and Liz are the absolute BEST caregivers in this world!! They both take extra time if needed to listen to everything regardless of how minimal it may be. Karen always have given the best care that can be given. I have never been there and not gotten better within a few days after treatment . She is caring, compassionate and just an all round nice lad . Very good caregiver. I would recommend her to anyone . The whole place is wonderful! Girls up front are very helpful amd caring as well when checking out or making appointments. Please if you are looking for a great healthcare facility consider here and see Karen Kinney or any of them.
Karen and Kathy are always so nice. They take good care of you and make you feel like your concerns matter. Kathy even goes above and beyond to schedule my future appts around my crazy schedule! Thank you all and keep up the amazing work!
My coworker's sister was exposed to covid from her coworker. She now needs a test and she is a patient of yours. She called for a referral to get tested and your office would not give her a referral. I am not a patient of yours, but I have been around my coworker and now I worry that I have been exposed and my family. My sister suffers from a lung disease and now I worry she could be exposed. I don't understand why you won't give your patient a referral to go get a test.
I'm fine or good with the physical care given. However; the issue that I have is that he phone system drives me nuts. I wish we could speak to a human being without having to listen to the entire phone menu. Sometimes when you call in the morning during business hours; There's also no generic place to leave a message., if you press 0 to speak to operator, it always says that the operator is not available and then disconnects the phone. Other times, I can call in and hit 1 to speak to someone and it's fine. Reply to Kate Sheaff, what number and what time are you calling them? I've had this phone problem many, many times and it still is the same issue. My wife has also experienced this telephony problem. I wish they would do something about it.
I never have trouble getting through, follow the directions on the phone system and you always get where you need. All the staff are exceptional, caring professonals who go out of their way for the patients. I have gone to this group for over 30 years and would hate to have to go somewhere else. Best physicians and staff ever!!!
My sister was exposed to Covid-19, She called on a Wednesday and left a voice mail asking for a referral because her job required her to get tested..on Thursday morning still no call back and she had to call them again. She finally go a hold of someone and they would not give her a referral to get tested. This is serious stuff and they will not even give her the referral to get tested.
