The American Jazz Museum is the only museum of its kind in the world. With a permanent exhibit, a changing art gallery, and hundreds of concerts and events every year, the AJM is devoted to preserving and exhibiting the American art form of jazz music and culture.
As the only museum in the world solely focused on the preservation, exhibition and advancement of jazz, the American Jazz Museum is dedicated to public service and collaborative efforts to expand the influence, awareness and appreciation of jazz within Kansas City and to audiences worldwide.

BLUE ROOM ADMISSION
Monday/Thursday admission is free, except for special events/concerts where marked. Standard cover for Friday/Saturday performances is $10 unless otherwise noted.
Minors are allowed in the Blue Room when accompanied by an adult. Reservations are not accepted except as advertised for special events.
