American Kenpo Karate

We teach Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate - a no nonsense style of self-defense. Learn basic moves and defense combinations/techniques. Teenagers may join, but they must act as responsible adults. This is not a sport karate class.
Saturdays 12:30 - 2:30, Central Community Center Cafateria
The last Saturday of the month is considered "Play Day". No formal instruction, but detailed work on specific aspects of the art.
Register through St. Louis Park Public Schools Community Education or at your first day of class.
