The owner was very nice. Took me on a tour to show me all the different materials that he uses. Set up an appointment for him to come out to my home to show me some layouts I could do.
We are extremely pleased with the sun room that American Patio built for us. The add on room they built looks and feels very much like it was part of the original build. We would highly recommend them for their high quality of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Best patio room company!! I had a new sunporch put on from existing porch. Crew was great, very respectful, friendly, on time every day and did a daily Cleanup before they left for the day. We recently invested in a new deck and all seasonal patio room. We had the best experience. The workers and owners were professional, kind, and hard workers. We had snow, rain, and high winds. Typical Ohio weather. The workers worked through all the weather changes. The owners were always present at the site. The room is flawless! We should have posted our review about 6 months after the job was completed. That was when our problem began. The concrete work done for the job, immediately started to crack . American Patio was contacted right away, and we were told not to worry about it. If it gets worse, let us know. It has gotten progressively much worse each year and they were contacted numerous times with photos. The cracks are huge across across the whole slab. The only response we got from one of the family members was, "I don't see where you paid for it" Terrible customer service, won't return phone calls or emails.
We had a very positive experience working with American Patio Rooms. They covered all of the options available to us as well as the materials they use, showed up every day until the job was finished and cleaned up the area each day. The proposal was well documented with all of the details we discussed in writing. In our case we decided to expand our upper deck and go with a hybrid room enclosure. Our deck required a lot of extra little details to do the job right and all of the details were taken care of without any input from us. We had no issues at all except some delays due to weather and local building requirements. I spoke to a few of the guys building the enclosure and none of them had less than 10 years of experience working for American Patio Rooms. Great place to do business with.
very good work. reasonable price. they honor warranties well. they have good workers, especially Bill or Phil? one with a pony tail. very nice gentleman, very skillfull with good manners and pleasant dispostion and good diagnostic skills of the problems that may arise a few years after the patio room is built. i am very happy and would recommend this to any one without hesitation.
