Mamie was the best! She was so helpful when I came in the first time to just browse, showing me everything that fit within my needed measurements. When I came back she remembered me and showed my hubs the ones I looked at before. Got a great deal as well. Will definitely be back when I refurnish other rooms.
We had the most amazing experience while shopping today as we purchased a new dinette set! Mamie was our salesperson and she was very kind and knowledgeable and patient with us.! Crystal greeted us very friendly and personable! The manager Cherice sets the atmosphere in this place, she’s very well abreast of managing and operating this store, she has a great personality and treats each customer with a respectful attitude but the whole team was a lot fun and if you’re looking to buy furniture please see these ladies! They’re professional and very friendly!! I would give them a 100 stars‼
My experience at this location was amazing thanks to Barbara. My husband and I came in for a couch and after walking around for a little, we were about to leave. Barbara caught us on the way out and began to show us some options that weren’t on the floor. She was attentive, kind, and listened to our wants and vision. We left very happy with two couches that are going to be perfect for our living room. Thank you so much, Barbara!!
Don’t waste your money on this cheap furniture. I have had better from ikea. A 2k couch should last longer than 3 years. I opened it up to just find the craftsmanship is something I could have made from the cheap composite board at Home Depot. They didn’t even use nails or screws.

I came into the store just browsing and I was greeted by the warmest energy from Javier. I told him I wasn’t looking to purchase and he still made me enjoy my experience in the store. He was so welcoming and inviting. He made me feel like I was walking into his home and that we had been friends for years. He showed me his favorite sofa and bed. He walked me around, answering my every question about items in the store. He made sure he provided information about the furniture promise. I have been in that store location several times and this was my best experience ever. He made me want to shop! It’s his energy. I am remodeling my home and I will definitely be back for the Javier experience as one guy called it. He was so professional and fun. I have been working in direct sales for years and Javier is truly amazing a one of a kind. If you go to this location ask for Javier.
American Signature Furniture on Cumberland Blvd. has the best customer service. Ms Eryn Campbell is the newbie so go check her out. She has a great personality and a beautiful smile to go with it. She and the cutie with the birthmark worked as a team to make sure I got what I needed at a price that was right.
