American Top Team has become a second family for me and my two boys! My sons are 9 and 7 and have been with the gym for over a year. They look forward to every class because they love Coach Jeff, Coach Zachie, and Coach Kurt! They have grown in so many ways physically and mentally! and we could not be happier with their progress! I recently started the Strength and Conditioning class with Coach Drew and I absolutely love it and look forward to every class! We work hard and laugh the whole way through. Coach Drew is so fun and motivating! I've seen growth in myself also physically and mentally!. The ladies I work out with are amazing and I'm so grateful for them! Thanks for putting up with my nonsense, Coach Drew! And to Coach Ben, you have built an amazing gym family where all feel welcome and challenged! Thank you for your humor, passion, challenge, and high expectations! The perfect qualities in a phenomenal Coach/Educator!
As someone that’s competed professionally in MMA and has been training for more than two decades, I can safely say that this gym embodies what I love about martial arts in general. Coach Ben Stark is as passionate as he is knowledgeable about his craft. His friendly charisma is the standard for our class camaraderie, while his technical prowess in all things combat is just as impressive. I’ve been consistently challenged and bettered through my training here, and have developed further as not only a martial artist but also a competitor. Because of the support from Coach Ben and my team, I decided to compete in my first submission grappling tournament, winning the advanced division in no-gi. Before that time, I hadn’t competed in anything for eight years. I highly recommend anyone come and try out this gym not only for combat training, but personal development. The team loves new people, and everyone is as friendly as Coach Ben. Also, try out the strength and conditioning class. I hear the coach looks like Tom Hardy, but all of his student’s are a bunch of clowns who think they run class but they couldn’t run a hot dog stand.
My son went with decent wrestling skills for a month and a half last summer. Take downs were easy for him, but then what …. We had specific goals to up his game. This year as a junior in High school in Georgia he won his region and finished Third in the State Championships losing only to the champion who was a senior. He could not have achieved this without the level of training and instruction form this facility. On a scale of 1-5, this place is a 20!
Every parent hopes their kid will find a sport or discipline they won’t stop talking about & that inspires a work ethic in them. That’s what Coach Ben & his team have done for our daughters, who are 9 and 8 years old, respectively. We have noticed a marked improvement in how they behave, how hard they try at things. They have both started being more honest and respectful around the house. And yes, they’ve both gotten ripped and are super into the sport, so we have high hopes they’ll go all the way with it. Our youngest daughter will join as well as soon as she’s old enough. Great atmosphere, highly recommend.

This place was very welcoming and serious about martial arts. I visited this place, being from out of town, and they welcomed me and jump started my training immediately. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable in martial arts. Additionally, the school does not try to nickel and dime you, their prices are fair, the commitment to the sport and training is evident. Whether you are new to martial arts or a seasoned veteran, this is the school for you. Highly recommend.
This is a great school, very down to earth. There's a good vibe inside and the coaches and students are very friendly! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to do jiu-jitsu, wrestling, no gi submission wrestling, kick boxing or mma
I’ve trained under coach Ben Stark at American Top Team Palm Beach Gardens since 2016. This is without question the best MMA team I’ve been a part of. Filled with depth and knowledge, there is always someone on the team willing to take you under their wing and help you improve your skills. This truly speaks to the “team culture” Coach Stark has created. Being a member of the ATTPBG team means a commitment to yourself and those around you. That commitment simply requires you to show up. It is evident that teaching MMA is truly Coach Stark’s calling in life. The knowledge, passion, and effort clearly speak for success seen in the gym. So, when you show up you will 100% see growth and development. Stay consistent and the sky is the limit. If you are looking for a true community that will push you to evolve mentally, physically, and emotionally as a person and fighter, this is the gym for you.
We have our two children ages 7 and 8 in this program. We have watched them make so much progress, both mentally and physically. The coaches are awesome with the kids. There is a sense of family and mentorship between the older and younger groups. I would highly recommend this location to both adults and kids.
