The hotel was close to where we wanted to be for our weekend trip and it worked for what we needed.  The rooms and lobby looked remodeled and it gives a nice and modern look. The room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries are good quality the bar soap did not dry out my hands! and spacious.  Reception staff could be more attentive. I got there late afternoon to check in and I barely got the girl to check me in. She barely spoke, gave me the key and sent me on my way. Once I got to the room, I got a bad neighbor and called to ask to be moved. The girl that answered was attentive, caring, professional and even offered to bring the new room keys to me. She was the highlight for service.  It was a good stay, it worked for what we needed and there are restaurants and shopping close by. Also, the beaches are not a far drive if you considered them. Close to the turnpike and easy to get in and out.

100% I enjoyed my stay. My parents stayed in august for my mom birthday and it was up to her standards lol. I decided to book shortly after. I did run into my person wine glass mistakenly taken by room service, but the manager was contacted and she handled the situation so well! My wine glass was found and returned to my room. I had an issue with dust build up in the bathroom on the fan but maintenance came in while I was away and cleaned it completely. I appreciate them being hands on and understanding the customer request. It is like our home away from home and we pay to be comfortable for however many nights we are staying and this Marriott location made sure it that! Thank you to the staff for making my stay enjoyable and I will be back again this weekend. I believe the manager name is Shawna…I could be wrong but she is awesome.

So far great, rooms are nice, updated, seems clean, staff really friendly to me anyways. Great workout room.  In a busy crowded area of west palm beach.  Be advised this hotel is near some train tracks you could hear the horn at nightRooms: 5/5

Nice renovated rooms but customer service is lacking. I left an item in my room after I checked out. Left several messages with the front desk and housekeeping. It’s been 3 days and no reply from this hotel. Someone at the front desk did say they were fully booked this week and that’s why I haven’t gotten a reply. What an excuse! You need to treat previous guest as you would current guest so that they will return to your hotel.

The lobby, the pool area etc. around the hotel look very nice and provide a resort-like atmosphere. Its right off the I-95 which was convenient for us. Overall a great hotel, I would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

The hotel was nice.  The lobby was very noisy every night.  The beds weren't very comfy, pillows feather pillows and too soft.  Location was a nice safe area.  Hotel and room were clean.Rooms: 5/5

What a great location just off I 95. Hotel was clean with very friendly and helpful staff. I would love to stay here again if I'm ever in town.  Food & drinks: The downstairs bar was very busy with lots of people socializing in the evening. They have a breakfast buffet for $25 a person in the morning.

We had to change our reservation last minute.  The hotel was very welcoming and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and very professional. The room was very clean and staff was friendly.  We had to get an extra blanket because we kept our room on the colder side but asked the front desk when we walked in and they got it from the back for us.

We literally canceled our reservation on the spot because of the terrible customer service we received at check in on January 13th 2023 @ 9:15 pm from the front desk associate and the manager was just horrible! I will NEVER STAY THERE!Service: 1/5

Daniela and Adrian at the lobby bar were awesome! They remembered our drinks every night and were super friendly. On the other hand, the housekeeping service was lacking. When we checked in, we asked our room to be clean every day. Not only was it not, but when we asked for extra towels or shampoo, it took a very long time and we ended up in arguments with the housekeepers. This needs to be improved!  Overall, though, comfortable and good stay. Thank you.
