Stayed here last night and it was great for the price. A little older but well maintained and clean. Everyone was polite! Pool,gym, hot tub, and breakfast were all great! They also had coffee upon arrival!Rooms: 5/5

This hotel is one I definitely recommend. It is priced in the lower range for hotels but you get top notch service and amenities here. I love the breakfast and the cleanliness of this hotel. It's pet and child friendly. Dickenson AmericInn has the best staff. They are attentive and polite. I was there for an evening and left the next day and I spoke to at least 6 of the staff and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. 10 out of 10, recommend.

Americinn Dickinson was one of the friendliest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The front desk, breakfast staff & housekeeping were the friendliest, most welcoming people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Hotel was most comfortable & well kept. We’d stay again in a heartbeat! Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet always well stocked & replenished quickly. 24/7 coffee & punch also a nice amenity.
No elevators. Suite upgrade is NOT worth it, considering the regular rooms have more space. What, the upgrade gives you a tiny hallway into an even time bathroom, as well as a jacuzzi that takes up already precious floor space? Not worth it at all. We'll stick to ANY hotel that isn't this one. Rooms: Spacing is horrible. Rooms have only one double bed, and you have to pay for an extra cot. They will not move you for any reason, even for handicapped access, which my M-i-L needed, and will not give a refund. Safety: EXTREMELY handicap-unfriendly. Walkability: No elevators. I'm pretty sure somebody could sue them for not being handicap accessible. I'll settle for giving a 1-star review that should be even lower. Noteworthy details: Believe the review about the outdated furnishings, and then RUN AWAY as fast as you can. There is a Hampton Inn and another hotel right nearby. Give your money to them, instead.
Hotel and room were clean. Friendly staff and easy check in /out. Good breakfast and easy access to shopping and the interstate.Rooms: 4/5
The staff was amazing, I did a booboo and our reservation had wrong date and they were extremely accommodating , canceled the other date and gave us a room for what we needed. Our second time staying here. We would stay again. The place was clean, the hot tub great. Breakfast great for me, husband really fussy eater so could of had a few more choices like donuts, or sweet rolls. But not a deal breaker.
