We were on a cross country trip from Kentucky to Florida to California and had stayed in motels every night. This one was by far the best one! The room was clean, but didn't smell strongly of chemicals or air freshener. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. Towels were fluffy. The best thing was breakfast. Lots of variety and everything tasted delicious! If we're ever coming thru Fort Stockton again, we'll definitely be staying here!! Job well done to all the staff!!
From our warm greeting by Jana upon check-in she made fresh coffee for us to breakfast and check-out, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and with good amenities. A good breakfast buffet and with a first, an automatic fresh pancake maker! The hotel is a very short drive minutes from restaurants and bars and has good parking.
Overall 5/5 Wifi 4/5 Pros: Motel and roon were clean. Everything was as it should be. Hot water was nice and hot. Good location, plenty of parking. Check-in staff efficient. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of luggage carts. Cons: there are always some. Toilet handle had to be held down through the entire flush cycle a remarkably common problem in motels. No towel racks in bathroom also surprisingly common. Seemed a bit pricey, all things considered. The internet was outstanding until 10:30PM, when it just quit. Poof, gone. I had to turn off the wifi on my computer and turn it back on, and then log in again to the network. After that, it worked well again.
This was an amazing place to stay. The price was an incredible $136.85 for a one night suite. Almost unheard of nowadays! The place was clean & spacious. The staff & service was excellent. The pool, fitness center & hot tub were indoors & working.
