We live out of town, and I called for a gift certificate for my father-in-law, and Alan was amazing! The service at this place a second to none!
The customer service of this store is phenomenal. Everyone here is very kind and knowledgeable, and has a very strong customer-first attitude. As small as the building is, they have an immense selection of Milwaukee tools and equipment. Just today I ran into an issue with some older equipment that I purchased at a discount. After finding it to be DOA, I returned to the store, and they replaced it with brand-new equipment at no extra charge. Plus it's buying local! Support your local businesses!
I love this place they have great products American and foreign made choose what you want the prices are decent and the people are very friendly. Still the best.
Love this place! Can't leave without spending over 1 or 2 hundred dollars but this is the place to go if you need bolts and anything related to power tools from drills to clamps. Defiantly recommend this wonderful stop.
Great selection of tools, but they are not inexpensive. They say you "buy once, cry once" with quality tools.....and the price tags will surely make you shed a tear or two.

Called 20 minutes before closing time for an emergency-related item and no one had the courtesy to even answer. I tried several times. Let it ring 30+ times each! They'll never get our business!
Prices are always reasonable. Staff is savvy and helpful. Always a much better option than any other place in town.
These guys are next level always friendly, great knowledge base and usually always have what you need
