I’ve taken a hit on high prices occasionally because of convenience, but when they charged me a dollar each for 1” stainless crimp bands for poly pipe - enough! The newest competitor gets my business now.

They’re pretty helpful, but even though we went in person to pick out our stuff, they still managed to instal the wrong toilets and kitchen faucet in our house. They replaced the faucet. We’re stuck with the cheap toilets I guess. And the stainless steel kitchen sink was scratched up after installed, which could’ve been from the countertop installers

Staff was rude after I spent hundreds of dollars in the store. Closed gates to yard an hour early and watched us pack 20 foot sticks of pipe over the fence. The one employee with silver hair and neck tattoo was severely rude and small minded......I would never talk to customers the way she talked to me. I will never spend another dime in that store based on that employees attitude.

I have had to shop here many times sadly, due to the lack of competition in town. This facility is very unorganized. Not necessarily dirty just unorganized. There is never any order the parts. And once you finally find where your parts should be there's usually for other types of parts in the same bin. Not only that, usually the part you need there's only one or two in stock. So if you decide to order more they will order them for you and then never call to inform you they've arrived. Their selection of children's toys is larger than their selection of plumbing fittings. The employees are very nice, but not very helpful when it comes to Plumbing parts. I have nothing against Standard Plumbing themselves, just a little let down about this location.

Standard is the perfect store to take care of all your personal plumbing needs. I shop here often and have never left without all my needs being perfectly satisfied. They have all sized pipes to fit whatever problem you have. They appear and seem very educated so if you ever have a clogged pipe they will help you find a way to relieve the pressure. If you ever need tools or supplies to protect your pipe, they have it. If you ever find yourself overly thirsty, it’s a perfect place to stop, because they are great employees with great customer services.

My guy prefers spreading the love so today we went to not one but two hardware stores. He says this place has more of the specialty items than others so when it's a snipe hunt we start here.

Have purchased from them a number of times, mainly for plumbing and irrigation supplies. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are fair, they always have what I need and explain how to accomplish my task.

Friendly staff with no other distraction but you. Helped us find everything we needed and assisted us till we were satisfied. Very impressed by the employees and the organization of the store. Five Stars!

Don't even greet you when you walk in the door and the girls behind the front are so wrapped up in their own drama, you can't even get a word in if you need help. And they can't even stop talking to help ring you up. Very disappointing for a small community when they are the only place to shop for plumbing supplies.

Standard is the place to go! My husband and I have shopped there many, many times! They are great on the contractor level and even the household level. Becka and Adam are our go-to people.
