The Amir Academy of Martial Arts provides not only a full service gym facility, but also all levels of instruction for adults in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Grappling (ground fighting/Jiutitsu/wrestling), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and Boxing.
We now introduce XBC. AAMA has established an copywritten and incredible fitness style called "X-Treme Body Challenge", that has proven to help thousands of individuals lose weight, keep it off and be the strongest they have ever been.
