I have no words to express my gratitude to all the crew that helped and assisted folks like me during hurricane Irma 9/10/17. From the parking lot golf carts shuttling us and our bags to our destination, to our personal guide that in my case happened to be the Assistant Principal who welcomed us and directed us to our designated classroom. He indicated that we would enjoy 3 meals per day and that in the event of a power loss there was a generator that would take over. The school is beautiful, from its center courtyard that can be enjoyed from the walking balconies to its nice cafeteria and spacious gym. We were there 2 nights with a/c,tv,meals,cleanbathrooms,personel that cleaned and pickup trash, and lots of police presence. My only regret is not having gone to a school like this one when I was young. BLESS YOU ALL !
This school is a toxic environment. The teachers and administrators are horrible and they have absolutely no care for the students. I've seen people doing drugs in the hallways and the staff doesn't even bat an eye. I had to be taken out of this school because it made my mental health deteriorate and became a health hazard for me and many other students. This school pays no attention to kids mental health and I know for a fact they don't pay attention to bullying either, in fact they're bullies themselves. They pick favorites and anyone who isn't a favorite they target and poke fun at them. Please don't send your kids to this school. I regret ever setting foot in st Pete high.
I went to school here in the late 1980s, early 1990s. Only 4 years of course . Just that fact alone gives this school 5 stars. Add in that the band was better than the football team and we're talking greatness.
The administrators, staff and teachers only care about their paychecks and the students are disrespectful brats with raging hormones. The atmosphere and learning environment is overrated.
St pete high is kind of like a watered chestnut, it's not too crazy and it's not the best but... The theater's awesome and it ends all of your boredom, come and see a show if in fact you can afford one!
Not better than Lakewood, sorry. Jk. I hate Lakewood honestly. I'm trying to enroll in the IB program for this school.
Senior Pic! Throwback to the day I ran over 2 kids with a golf cart and didnt get caught! xD
I cant stand this school, the hallways are always packed the teacher don't teach and its not run like a school should be
They don't care about you or your kid if they aren't in any magnet program ... or white.
Seems impossible to get a return call from any department at this school!
