we have bought several pieces of nice, well built, long lasting furniture from Josh over the past few years. today I just bought a bedroom set at one of the large chain stores because oak unlimited did not carry the type of set we wanted and frankly I was looking at a budget type set for the kids first house. I could not believe the difference in service. I wish I had just bought from Oak Unlimited. I paid too much for what we got today, AND for sure with the horrible service offered. I will never go back to the chain and will be coming back to see Josh for any future purchases.
Josh was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, although we didn’t buy a couch he was so nice and actually cared about what we wanted, not just trying to sell me something. I appreciate people like this. There needs to be more people in the world like this.
Very nice furniture, very poor customer service. I was told my custom order would be delivered to the Portland Store on Sandy by December 8th And I would get a call when it had arrived. I waited to hear from them and finally called the Portland store on Dec 16th. My order was sitting unassembled at their other store. I was also told by Josh that he would talk to his wife and see what day worked best for him to go pick up my order and he would call me back when he knew. I did not hear back from Josh. I called this afternoon .and was told my order would not be at the Portland store until Dec 23rd. I am very unhappy at this point in time.
I can't say enough good things about Dave and his team at USA Furniture. The quality of their furniture is excellent and their customer service is unbeatable, so I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for quality furniture at a very fair price. They are a pleasure to work with.
