I have lived here for 3 years and have loved it all 3 years. Denise and Reem are absolutely fantastic to work with and will do anything to make your life easier to live. The apartments are concrete so the noise is basically non existent. They take great care of the grounds and have an awesome walking/running path in the back and around the complex. The back of the apartments looks out on the golf course. Near a bunch of food and stores. This place is a perfect place to live and definitely worth the price.
AMLI at Seven Bridges has been a great experience for a first-time renter like myself. I've recommended them to many of my friends so far. The community and neighbors in the building have been fantastic and very helpful. Plus the leasing office is great for any problems or questions you need answers too, before and after leasing. If you're looking for a place to rent in the area, AMLI is honestly such an amazing choice!
Good apartments, but it seems like there is way too many projects. It’s nice to have updated stuff, but it seems like it is too frequent. And that makes it kinda stressful. Update: I’m changing my review to 4.5 stars.
I really appreciate their service. As a woman living alone, I have big and small incidents and every time, they do whatever to ensure my safety and help me out. Although this is a safe district, all woman would agree that we always have to be alert and cautious. That is why I appreciate them caring for my safety since feeling safe is one of the most important part of living. The maintenance team and the leasing office are both so respectful of my opinion and appreciative. I definitely feel safe here thanks to their amazing service.
I love living at AMLI Seven Bridges; I've been here almost a year. It was an easy decision to choose my new apartment. The amenities inside my home and in the common areas are fantastic. The management and maintenance are helpful and professional.
I love living here! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are phenomenal. Rent is a little high, but the amenities and quality are high as well. The location is really good, nearby shops really adds to the community feel and the highway is very close.
This place was perfect for a short term lease. The loading elevator made moving in easy and the apartment was one of the newly renovated ones which was pristine. The neighbors are friendly and we were on a cat only floor so it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in everything that we needed. There are even fun monthly events held for the tenants by the staff. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who's searching for a short term or long term residence.
Nice quiet apartment homes. Great location. Great neighbors. Friendly environment. Great staff. Almost everything is perfect except for the Spiders. I hope you like spiders, because you have to get used to them. The reason why these apartment homes have so many spiders and constant insects is because they tear up the carpet and put in new carpet every time someone moves out. That's very nice, but it causes problems. Because they do that so often, the carpeting is not professionally and carefully placed back together. This often leaves plenty of space for insects that were living in your walls to come crawling out. I finally solved the spider problem to make up for the poor job the carpeting team did. I took packing tape and put it all along the area between the carpeting and the wall. I did this for my entire bedroom and this solved the problem.
Over the 3 years I've been here so far, the FANTASTIC office and maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to address any issues in a timely manner, and to assist with general questions or requests. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but a perfect rating is well-deserved! It's rare to find an apartment community with such friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.
I am happy to call this place my home. The management is very professional, they take good care of the service request raised, property management, landscaping and maintaining hygiene and sanitation for common areas. I have been living here since 6+ months and have not had any nosy neighbors or any complaints in general. If you are looking for an apartment, renting here at AMLI seven bridges can put an end to your search :
