"We are a non-profit children's museum. Our focus is to deliver an experience that inspires visitors to think, learn and create. In the process, we encourage big ideas while still keeping the small-town experience. aMuse'um offers a variety of hands-on exhibits, activities and birthday parties for children up to 8-10 years old. To further support our mission we opened a toy store that is home to quality educational toys at affordable prices."

Located on West 7th St in Columbia, TN, this children’s museum is a child’s haven for imagination. Children can explore and play in the baby hospital, veterinarian’s office, barn, grocery store, Chik Fil A, Baskin Robbins, bank, car, dentist office with giant mouth to brush the teeth, dress up, magna tiles, hammer and nails, giant light brite, etc. the climbing/slides area was closed for renovations on June 24, 2023. There were a few benches for sitting as needed. They have a couple bathrooms. Entrance fee is $10 per child with one adult free. Each additional adult is $5. They have membership subscriptions available. You must reserve your spot online to ensure you can enter. They do 2 hour reserved slots to control the number of people and ensure a nice experience. You pay when you arrive. There is some parking on the street in front of the museum, and the spots fill quickly. There is other parking on side streets and a parking garage a couple blocks away. The location is conveniently located in downtown Columbia where there are several options for eating and shopping.
Amazing amazing amazing! We stopped by today after running some errands, before the long drive back to Chattanooga and my son had a BLAST. The staff was cleaning the entire time we were there, each section is so incredibly organized and even when the kids were all going crazy it was still so enjoyable. I was bragging to my husband about it on the phone the whole drive back Idk when we will be in the area again, but this will absolutely be on our list for fun stops!!
We love to play here! We recently had my 4 year olds birthday party here as well and it was perfect. The staff is the BEST. They are so sweet and accommodating. Everyone had such a great time they were asking how to schedule their next party!
The children had a blast. We went to the last session which was 1pm to 4pm. Lots of room for kids to run around and explore.
Great place, great environment. Stay in the same sidewalk, have a good meal on the next building, ice cream around the corner for the kids and a coffee shop just another 50 feets away.
Cute, local business that needs some TLC. The target audience here is walking to about 6. 7-9 year olds would be too big and would probably get bored. This place is perfect for toddlers, preschool age, kindergarten, and first graders. The size of the facility is just right for that age range. A few older kids at the start of the day were there and were a little bit reckless and almost knocking over smaller kiddos. If they took one or two days to completely close down the place and thoroughly clean and replace broken/worn out things, it would be a 5/5 for me. I made a list of things that need some refinement : definitely priced appropriately and we will be back!

This place is incredible! We took our 3-year-old son and although we were late getting there and only had an hour to play, we all had such an awesome time! It was so much fun. There are so many activities and things to do there. It's both fun and educational. Definitely absolutely bring your children here! The prices for admission are low and incredibly well worth it.
