I had a bad experience with Dr. Sapna Pithwa and I will never request her again. She didn't want to help me just kept saying to go to the ER. Didn't explain conditions well. Long wait times. Appointment was rushed. Didn't trust the provider's decisions. Staff wasn't friendly. Didn't listen or answer questions.
Amwell advertises treatment and medication for fibromyalgia. This is false. Paid 79.00 for a 3 minute consultation which resulted in Dr. Patel telling me to see my PCP. Wish I could make 26.50/hr for doing nothing! I will NEVER use this telemedicine group again!
Horrible experience. I had three different virtual visits with my mental health provider using this platform. Not once did I get a text or a phone call or an email. Three strikes you’re out applies for me now I have to come in person and I don’t have a car right now. That’s all I gotta say about this company.
