Description

PPL was initially formed to provide assistance to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJ) national pilot demonstrations in Self-Determination in 1999. Since then, PPL staff has continued to participate in advisory committees on the RWJ Cash and Counseling Program. Over the past ten years we have expanded our services and grown considerably. We currently serve more than 38,000 participants in 21 states and the District of Columbia and manage more than $500 million annually. We have contracts with more than 40 state agencies. Many of the programs we serve are funded with state, local, and/or Medicaid funds through state plans or waivers. Other programs are funded through federal grants or a combination of sources.

PPL is a subsidiary of Public Consulting Group, Inc. (PCG). PCG is a national management consulting firm with offices across the U.S., as well as internationally. PCG has more than 25 years of experience helping public sector health, human services, education, and information technology clients to achieve their performance goals and better serve populations in need.

This is the very BEST COMPANY I have ever worked for! I’ve been an employee for over 15 years, not a single time have I had a problem that hasn’t been solved very quickly and very professionally! I’ve never had any issues getting paid nor having to wait to get hired! I recommend Public Parnerships to anyone needing a helping hand to care for your loved one’s needs! I am so truly grateful for this service and the customer care team! Everyone has always been so respectful and supportive! This is most definitely the place to start and stay with if you want the BEST!
This is the worst company i had to deal with in regards of my pay. I’ve been dealing with public partnership over 3 months in regards of my direct deposit.Calling them every other week about my pay is getting extremely frustrating. Every company I works with in the past never had any issues of direct deposit except this company.
Wont pay you on time and give you the runaround when you ask where your money is. They are crooks and I’m not sure how they’re allowed to legally operate. I hope insurances find a better company than this soon. I’m not sure how there’s not a lawsuit against them.
This place in Ohio is horrible. The app time 4 care never works properly. And if it does take it and I think its working it i only h rad 16 hours in out of 64 and now im on the 3rd yes i sad 3rd pay periid with no checks cause hours wont go into app.and ive had to stop going to my clients cause i am so broke i have late payments lqae fees they have affected m6 credit score been working on it for 8 yrs was just ready to buy a house but PPL ruined that. I have no check comimg in for over a month and i faxed my time sheets 3 times almost another 20 that i dont have the 400 travel time they messed up a year ago called it a glitch they been investigasting for over a year now they said too late to be pain they also never took out any local taxes and stated yes its our fault but I got to pay the 400 to lical and 2nd year in a row they ha. ve not taken any federal taxes out they keepslbayingg
We are experiencing the same issues as others in a profound way: Poor customer service, Lack of informed consent, Poor info exchange, Deception, lies, and purposeful omission of information to the consumer, wages withheld for false reasons. Preying on vulnerable people like the elderly, infirmed, illiterate, uneducated, females, and of course.......PEOPLE OF COLOR.
Late direct deposit payroll frequently had to wait 4 days for my direct deposit and I had over $300 in return fees from my bank! Pretty disrespectful not to care about peoples well being. Kinda funny how the owner addressed everyone's post except mine. That speaks volumes on how this business operates. There BBB rating is just as bad
I care for my wife. Been 4 weeks since I've been paid. Missed today's as well. Told it was a glitch, but I must wait until they recoup money from wherever the deposit was sent. This is atrocious, utterly lazy and negligent. There is no phone for the hq in mass, instead there is a 401 number to something different in Rhode Island. Clearly executives are kept far from the reality of how incompetent the business they are running actually is. I am losing my patience. If anyone else is experiencing this level of disfunction, suffering because if it, at what point should would get lawyers involved? Anyone going through this?
PPL is the WORST COMPANY I have known! I have been trying to apply since April 17, 2023 and all I get is I’m missing this and that. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER!
People Depend on there paychecks and PPL continues to send them out late. Thats so Disrespectful!!! They wont pay any bank fees due to there carelesness. BE WARNED IF YOU USE PPL llc. Even there BBB rating is super low.
Comically bad is an understatement. The nj division, that handles DDD payment, is beyond incompetent. They Continually claim they can’t see correspondence between there email and ours even tho I have multiple digital records of correspondence. Always a long hold line for someone who inevitably transfers you to someone who says something completely different than the previous one. Frustrating is an understatement. Operating like this is beyond unacceptable. Ultimately the other reviews here speak volumes to how you operate and treat individuals in the program. Wish I could give it negative stars
