Anchor Down is a family owned, Chef inspired Seafood Bar & Grill located on Long Island's beautiful south shore.
Chef Stephen Rosenbluth was born and raised in Queens, New York. After learning his culinary expertise in Europe, Chef Stephen worked his way up from a line cook to Executive Chef with Restaurant Associates/Patina Restaurant group and ran the kitchen of some of the most successful restaurants in Manhattan including Naples 45 in Grand Central Station.
Now, he brings his wide-range style of cooking to Long Island. Anchor Down Seafood Bar & Grill opened June 10th, 2014 Merrick. It has proven to be a winner with everyone in the family, from the picky seafood eater to the most carnivorous among you.
